Amadi Panorama Hotel

The staff was the most helpful ever! Also within easy reach by tram, great breakfast, quiet rooms, and comfortable beds.

The reception/lobby/breakfast area was very hot, and the air in the corridors was really bad. Luckily, the AC in the room worked well and freshened the air in a few hours. The panoramic view was not comparable to websites (different direction).

All staff for the most were kind. The cleaning team were especially cheerful and helpful.

I fell entering hotel and hurt my knee big time mentioned to staff. Entry not marked to show height floor tracks. I expected the meals be included in bill that I had requested but were not and extra to bill

they could not get the air to work in the room so we had to leave the door to the outside open at night or when we were in the room cause it was so hot. also the fridge did not cool in the room. they tried to fix both but said that was what it was.

There¿s no AC in the hotel and hotel entrance zig zag there¿s no soap and shampoo in the bathroom towels they didn¿t change

the hotel is only the top floor The entrance is a stairs at the side of the building ( imagine if you have luggage) which leads you to a back door then to service elevator There is no Air Conditioning Lot of spiders

They claim it 4 stars 2 stars is too much for them

The room was really clean and comfortable. The bed and sheets were good quality. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

Though 25 minutes out from Central Station, it was convenient to get on the tram back and forth to the city. The hotel was in a nice area to have meals and run in a park. The facilities were nice and made for a comfortable stay.

There were some dusty spots in the room and an odd smell in the hallway.

I found the bed very comfortable and the staff were friendly. The location is a convenient 20 minute tram to the centre. The free coffee and teas were welcome. Couldn’t comment on breakfast as ate out.

The hotel rooms are very tired (peeling wallpaper and ceiling paint in the bathroom, curtains were marked) - which was a disappointment considering the cost of the room and the photos. Cleaning could have been better, in particular the windows.

The bath tub didn’t work and the chair in the room was broken.

Loved the complimentary fruit, tea, coffee, and water. Room was very clean and had a great view.

The room was so dirty and dusty.

The entrance is interesting, and too noisy around tge hotel.

Great location and staff that is a hit or miss - most of the staff was nice and pleasant to deal with.

Sewer smell in the bathroom seeping into the room - had to sleep with the doors open as it became bad. Signs of aging peeling paint and wallpaper make it feel cheap. The fridge was warm and didn’t close due to how fridge was setup.

It’s really good. Location is convenient and close to tram station. Very warm and cosy; good facilities, good view. Everything is perfect for my trip. Wanna come back next time

A hearty and varied breakfast. The rooms also offer a beautiful view. The location is excellent, just a short walk from public transport.

The walls were dirty, with brown moisture stains and strange marks from the furniture. Additionally, the mini-fridge in the room wasn’t working and looked dirty inside

First time fridge doesn’t wok even the air conditioner then they change me room and was much better

Very nice and calm location away from the busy and crowded city center. The hotel is easily accessible by tram from the Amsterdam Centraal. Bed was very soft and comfortable and the view from the room was very nice as well. Reception staff were kind and friendly.

Honestly nothing to say. Stayed for one night and everything was great.

The breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular and a bit overpriced for 17Euro/person. Free coffee/water all day and complimentary beer on arrival was nice. The area was quiet, so fine if you want to be away from the noise of Amsterdam. 10min walk from tram station and then 13mins to Amsterdam Centraal. Nice walking/cycling areas nearby, supermarkets, very limited with restaurants and we didn’t try.

This hotel badly needs a renovation. On arrival it’s like arriving at a tenement/block of apartments, it’s dirty and there is rubbish lying outside. Certainly would recommend management to clean it up and make the entrance more welcoming.We were a family so I rented 3 rooms on the 7th floor (including the largest room, the suite!). The rooms were very worn (torn wallpaper, scruff marks), furniture old and stained, curtains were dirty. The twin beds were very narrow and mattress way too soft for me (personal preference). The fridges aren’t very cold, and one didn’t work at all.The bathroom however was modern and clean.The corridors were very narrow/tight, like being in a maze, and the carpets in both corridor and rooms need to be washed.
