The services offered at the Spa!!

Hotel has a modern feel to it. I didn’t manage to use the spa facilities, which is unfortunate because they looked really nice. Hopefully next time. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located next to metro Sneevlietweg with lines 50 and 51, and close to tram 2.

Loved our time here had an amazing time, staff were really friendly and the rooms were nice and spacious with comfy beds and good facilities.

The room was lovely and spacious, bathroom perfect and the spa access was the best part! only €19 for the whole stay, has multiple areas, the sauna and steam room was such a treat in the morning, I’ll definitely stay again!

2 minutes walking to the Metro station, very comfy rooms, bigger than expected, breakfast is exceptional. Facilities are Great. 2 super markets and some restaurants near the hotel, 5-7 minutes away walking

Everything staffs are very nice and very welcoming. Price is so great with breakfast included. Location is very near to metro. Facilities are commendable.

I stayed in a triple room. It was clean. The beds were comfy. The staff was super nice. I didn’t book with breakfast. I didn’t use the spa so I can’t really review that but it was an amazing stay close to the stations trams and buses so you could go get to Central really easy.

Good atmosphere, polite hotel personnel

AC did not work, room was constantly cold. You couldn’t connect to the TV with youtube or netflix so it was basically useless. The electric shutters did not work. Toilet seat was broken. Other guests had similar complaints.

The interior of the hotel is awesome. The location is pretty good too (just about 2 minutes aways from the metro station). All staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfasts are very decent, too! Overall, I would recommend Corendon Amsterdam.

The only more or less serious problem occured with the elevators. For some reason, only one of three available was functioning throughout our stay, which made going up and down quite an experience, because the elevator was basically stopping on every floor every time we took it. But that was the only issue we faced.

Bar was noisy. Bed sagged badly so very uncomfortable.

Great location as visiting a friend close by. Great transport link to Amsterdam centre.Excellent choice for breakfast. Comfortable room.Staff polite and helpful. We used the pool, although there was a cost of €19 each, that entitled the use of the spa facilities for the duration of our stay.

On our first night we were unable to go into the bar as there was a private event, a bit disappointed as our friend came over for a drink before we headed down to a nearby restaurant.

Room was very clean, comfortable had all the annemities.

No drinks in the mini bar only water. Pool for kids only in the morning.

the elevator were not working first days - one elevator only for the 700 roomsThe elevator was not working on -1 on the way to spathe room service was not working during holidays regularly, only on demandthe room was without possibility for natural fresh ear (closed big windows)

Value for money, location 30-40 from city centre but transport is good and located next to the hotel

Rooms could be warmer, the air conditioning should go above 24C

Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but conveniently close to metro and the airport transfer. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped and clean. Breakfast rich, with a good choice of warm and cold plates.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood , close to train lines.ideal for transport into the city.

Expensive compared to other properties in the location. Having to pay for pool and spa for duration of the stay is a major let down. Also MUST have rubber sliders to use facilities or else have to pay extra fee for hotel sliders. Hotel restaurant had limited choice of food options and were expensive for the quality of food.
