Very central and location was on the main strip and easy to find.

Our bathroom door would shake everytime someone in another room on the floor opened or closed. No very good for sound proofing as could hear people usuing the stairs and walking through the hall.

Great location

The air conditioning was always on and very strong. This made the room always very hot. When we turned it off, it automatically started again after a few minutes. Also the fire alarm went off randomly at 4AM. The woke us up in a panic for no apparent reason.

The location was perfect for me. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bad Wi-Fi connection in the room, not so nice bed, a little too noisy from other rooms and outside.

the walls were paper thin, we could hear both rooms next to us having conversations like there was no wall. also the bathroom was not the cleanest but we brought wipes :)

Reception controls the temperature . They switch it off or on according to temperature they set. Even though I set the temperature in room it switched off or on according to hotel management temperature setting . It was cold towards morning. I complained about it to reception the first night but nothing changed. my 11 years old son caught cold because room was freezing cold towards the morning. Smoke detectors were broken so it went on early in the morning so we couldn’t sleep well. Reception said that they are waiting for repair company. Lift was not working during our stay so we had to walk up to very steep stairs.

Location is good, price is good

Walls paper thin, cleaners may as well have been in the room at 9am for the noise they make outside the door. You can clearly here what's happening in adjoining rooms also.

Quiet and peaceful, clean and friendly

I was at the hotel only for a few hours as I was attending a night event at the expo near by, yet I had the best service and experience. The security, Albert at reception and Julian at the bar were so available, kind and generous, really made of this brief stay much more than just an accommodation. I very much recommend it and I'll book again in the future! The lounge area is beautiful and cozy, the room was spacious, clean, well kept and had everything I needed. I wish I could have stayed longer! Ps. The cappuccino was one of the best I have ever had, I'm so glad I stopped at the bar before heading out for the day! Well done everyone and thank you so much!

It was a nice distance away from everything. Easily accessible. Staff were helpful and fast when we needed help. The bed was fairly comfortable.

We had to move rooms as the first one was falling apart, freezing cold (the window did not close properly) and there was mould around the windows. When we moved rooms, the floor was dirty and the sheets were never changed whilst we were there which were clearly stained. The carpets were filthy throughout and the heating did not work. Very small pillows too.

The location was very good because everything was walkable, we just got the train from the airport to central station and didn’t need to use trams or anything to get around. Just the train back to the airport at the end of our stay. If you prefer convenience and lower price over comfort you’re golden.

The room was cramped and the tv wasn’t really useable. There was a foam mattress topper on the bed which made it really soft and we felt like we were going to fall off if we turned around in our sleep. It was a double bed but felt smaller.

It needed a new touch. Ill-maintained rooms, sure, for the price it is what you may get but the room was mouldy, dusty and the safe box that was broken did not instil too much faith in security.

The location was ideal. It was on the main road to the train station with a metro stop just outside which we didn’t need until the last day. It’s around halfway down the main road, so ideal for whatever we wanted to experience in the city.

The standard double room we had wasn’t big enough to swing a cat. Very tight for 2 people to stay in. The toilet and bed were separated by about 1ft and a pane glass door. The beds were fairly comfortable and changed during our 2 night stay, but tiny square pillows weren’t the best. The carpets and decor were dated but the main frustration was the lift being constantly out of service, after being given a 4th floor room, and as per the rest of Amsterdam, the stairs are steep!

Location was fantastic. On the main strip and close to restaurants, tourist spots and shopping.

Place was looking old and needs some improvements, but was still clean and comfortable for a short stay.
