Excellent location, close to lots of sights, restaurants, and things to do.

Just garbage parallel to hotel and not at fault of the city. Amsterdam cleanliness needs improvement. Inside the hotel is tranquil

THE BATHROOMS ARE NOT PRIVATE! There massive, on-going road construction which was not disclosed prior to booking. Getting to tram was hard to navigate. No taxis can get to hotel. Some staff knew right from left when giving directions others did not.

It's hard to pick a favorite thing about this hotel. The staff was INCREDIBLE. The rooms were well-cleaned and maintained, the location was great, and the bed was so cozy. I'd return here in a heartbeat. I was really, really impressed.

As of October 2022, there is considerable road construction in front of the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault, but it's worth being aware of for your booking.

In the room two single beds were connected but kept moving apart and could not easily sleep two people without separating.

We enjoyed our trip at the Ink hotel. This place has great character! The front desk staff was especially helpful. They let us into our rooms earlier than check in time, and marking on a map they gave us their favorite things in Amsterdam. Great servic

The only complaint is that the bed sheets were a little rough and there was no top sheet.

The INK hotel is in the perfect spot and it's a gorgeous boutique. The room had very unique, modern decor with stylish writing on the walls. I worried that the look might come off cheesy, but it was very well done. Loves the staff, restaurant, and bar!

The room didn't offer much of a view (but it's more of an Amsterdam thing from far back, so not really their fault). Also the bathroom, while stylish, could use more privacy.

Great location (near Centraal Station), clean room, and friendly staff.

I think there was some design flaw with the shower stalls. The divider was not sufficient to stop the water splashing onto the bathroom floor. I found myself showering carefully to minimize water splashes.

Their bathroom has problem with water overflow whenever we use the shower. The water overflows and flood the other areas of the bathroom floor. Appears to be a design flaw.
