- I arrived on February 14th to check in to my accomadtion. I arrived early and had a drink downstairs before checking in. When me and my girlfriend went back upstairs to check in at 3pm, the lady behind the desk said the room wouldn’t be ready until 3.30. She gave us a free drink pass. We had another drink in the bar downstairs and then went back upstairs at 3.30. The lady never came over to us even tho the room should have been ready. We were not able to check in into our room until 4pm. It was Valentine’s Day and we had to cancel some plans that we had made as we did not have enough time to get ourselves organised. We paid a lot of money for this accommodation and were staying 4 nights. Our flight was very early, and for a hotel to not have a room ready and to let their guests wait an hour is an absolute disgrace.

Checking in was a weird experience, the system didn't work properly, and the whole corridor was smelling like marijuana.
Very stylish hotel, staf easy to get long with and only a couples minutes bus ride or 15 min walk from centraal station

Beautiful property and comfortable rooms. Views of the water and into the city were nice. Patio/deck was quiet and nice to sit outside in the evening. Property has a lift/elevator that some other properties nearby don’t have. Property is very much as advertised

There was no internet for the whole of our stay. Apparently it was down, so we couldnt be checked in, we couldnt use our room keys (we had to be escorted to our rooms to be able to get in) We were there for work and couldnt do any work as there was no internet connection. When I asked to complain, I was fobbed off by a receptionist who said that I couldnt make a complaint as the duty manager had left at 5pm. The receptionist also moaned that she also couldnt work so we were all in the same position! I beg to differ as we Paid for the privilege - they didnt - No compensation was offered - Not good

The rooms are very comfortable, it is not right at the center but you can reach it by walking in 20 minutes.The surroundings of the hotel were very beautiful
The building is nice and modern and the employees are friendly.
They don’t have water bottles, the location is far away from everything. And no one helped us carry out the luggage while checking out. No room service like any hotel in the world. You want food? You have to go downstairs to the bar. The beds are not comfortable at all.
The day staff is exceptional
The nightshift crew is very unprofessional and uninformed and doest seem to care as to the impact it has on the reputation of the hotel
