The hotel was in the best location!

The room was a little smaller than expected but the room was lovely nonetheless

The room was comfortable, personnel was excellent, especially guys from the restorant (breakfast), great location

Our room was dusty when we arrived, choice of food at the breakfast could be better

Very big apartment, 2 floors. You need to know that are a lot of stairs.Perfect service from the reception, helped us a lot.

The decoration and aesthetic was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was ideal for our stay. The cost was reasonable. The room was well kept and decorated.

We had a couple of towels with stains on them but when these were changed, the new ones didn’t have stains.

The location, cleanliness of the hotel and the staff was top notch, I wouldn't ask for more. They were very kind and helpful. Apart from the heating, our experience with the Albus was perfect.

The only issue we've had was that the hotel does not have a heating system other than the AC in the rooms. I found it a bit strange, considering Amsterdam is a very cold city, especially during winter and AC is both not healthy and not as efficient. Our room was very cold the first day, it warmed up by 2nd day however dried up the air in the room so much that affected our breathing.

No bottle of water in the room, hot/cold adjustmrnt is not working in the bathroom, no window in the room at 8th floor and its not been informed by the reception

Staff were amazing.. we were travelling all day and they made our stay a lovely experience.. Hotel is stunning and very central.. have stayed here 3 years in a row .. love it

Great location and the apartment we had was well appointed with plenty of supplies.

The stairs to the apartment (once you enter the apartment) are extremely steep, this is not specified in the description. Most people would be challenged by navigating these.

Breakfast was not consistent and the staff was not always friendly. They penalize you for not direct booking. Its great for a night or two but not for a week.

We had a wonderful stay at The Albus in Amsterdam. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of room for luggage—something that’s not always easy to find in European hotels.The location is excellent and easy to reach by Uber, though taxis don’t drop off directly in front of the hotel. That said, it’s a short walk and absolutely worth it for the convenience of the area. The hotel is surrounded by many fantastic restaurants and is perfectly situated for exploring the city. Overall, it was an ideal home base for our Amsterdam vacation, and we would happily stay here again.
