The location is unbeatable. Waking distance to all major attractions and transportation.

Clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable with good linen and towels. Good location

The service was phenomenal. We made quirky requests, like asking where to sell a saw that we won on an Amazon box from a returns game and the staff, especially Cristiano, went above and beyond even offering to buy it himself. The rooms were spacious, beds cozy, and everything impeccably clean. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable right by the center, easily accessible. The room service burger? Incredible, one of the best I have ever had. Breakfast was standard, but no complaints. My tip: always ask the staff if you need anything, they’re amazing. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The shower over the bath wasn’t ideal, but may suit others to also have a bath, but it was very small so I would never of even fit in it

The location is excellent and very clean. Mrs. Bahar is also very helpful, which made the stay there even more pleasant.

Very good location, staff were exceptional, we forgot our adapters and they provided this to us. Free umbrellas for 48 hours too. Just super convenient

The hotel is conveniently located, with comfy beds, very clean and spacious room.

The noise from the corridor was extremely disruptive. The door had a gap, so every knock on neighbouring rooms, conversations during the night, and staff using the stairs were clearly audible. As a result, we were unable to sleep throughout the night.Additionally, serving powdered scrambled eggs is not acceptable for a hotel rated four stars

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had nothing short of an exceptional experience. The minute we walked into the hotel the atmosphere was so welcoming . Georgia was the lady who was on the front desk she couldn’t have been more helpful she was absolutely brilliant . She provided us with local restaurants to eat at and was so welcoming and friendly. When we got into the hotel room the door knocked and it was another staff member ( a lovely girl ) greeting us with a bottle of complimentary Prosecco on ice . I cannot say a bad word about this place we will definitely be back thank you ☺️

No hear in bathroom tiles. Could be cleaner. Drain in sink clogged. Little overprized.

Parking problem, they should have warn me to book for parking during reservation of staying. It was not easy to find a suitable park. And it costs crazy for a safe parking area
