Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam Centre East

The price was good for the location, breakfast was excellent and the location was very close to a Tram station making it easy to go to other parts of the city.

The sink in our room was cracked (not leaking) but needed to be replaced. Our soap dispensers were empty; housekeeping should have this as an item on the room cleaning task list.

This hotel did not disappoint. We arrived in the early morning hour and unfortunately could not check in until the normal time but they offered to hold our bags. The service was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, the beds were comfy. We will be back!

We would have enjoyed having a microwave and a mini fridge in the room.

Great breakfast. Staff friendly & helpful for planning trips & recommended we needed to go to the airport at least 4 hours earlier which was very important because the airport was total madness.

Everything was great. The room was very warm which was perfect. The staff are very welcoming and the breakfast was good. The waffle machine was the best.

It is clean , staffs were very friendly, easily accessible by tram from the downtown. Good breakfast too

. Have TV in the room with normal channels. . Cable channels would have been better to enjoy.

We were greeted with friendly smiles and in our room a sweet Birthday surprise for my boyfriend and I. We were celebrating both of our December Birthdays together. That made our stay extra special. The breakfast was delightful and staff working in the restaurant were so cheerful. We were able to leave our backpacks in their luggage storage which allowed us to enjoy more of Amsterdam with ease before heading back home. The metro stop is also in walking distance. Overall,it was a very pleasant stay...Bedankt!

Since it was operated by Hilton, I expected a decent clean hotel. The delivered as staff were friendly, beds and pillows comfortable, clean toilet and bath, okay breakfast serving hot cold Location is accessible Tram to points of interests.

It was nice play to stay, I did not have an experience what I didn't like.

The staff at the breakfast was great and helpful, the hotel is close to the metro, overall the room was alright.

Amenities were almost non-existent for a 4 star, 8+ rated hotel at that price point, no fridge, no robes or slippers, the towel was torn and dirty, wi-fi wasn't working 95% of the time, we had to use our roaming services, these are basic stuff. Parking turned out to be paid and you have to be booking.com champion to find where it says it's paid (and with limited availability).

The breakfast was superb, lots of options and variety. The location is convenient and easy to find. The only downside side is the room is on the small size, but laid out well enough that it didn’t feel cramped

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam. The rooms were clean and cozy, the breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient — perfect for exploring the city!

I want to give a special thanks to the woman who was working on August 26 in the afternoon around 4pm (not the manager, but at the front desk, sadly I didn't get her name). She was so sweet to my nephew and gave him a treat on the house when she learned we were there for a belated birthday trip. It was so memorable for him, please pass on our thanks, he kept mentioning it throughout our stay--it really made an impression. Breakfast was very good. Rooms quiet and spacious, good climate control. I thought with kids it was great to not be smack in the city center. Around the corner there was a nice playground, it was quiet, and the tram to the station is very frequent and fast. Will definitely stay here again on private and business travel.

The morning of the 28th we forgot our keycard in the room. The manager seemed annoyed by this, though the front desk attendant helped us without issue.

The breakfast was great. The staff was courteous. The location was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.

The staff were all lovely and helpful, the location is a very short tram ride past the Booking.com building from the central train station, in a quieter location (if there is such a thing in Amsterdam!), and the room was clean and quiet. I had a really nice stay and will definitely go back on my next visit to Amsterdam.

My coffee was not replenished after my first and second night, but that's not a deal-breaker.
