Cons -

It was a little far out of Amsterdam.
Scam artist policies and staff, waited till 6:30am when we scheduled our "free" airport shuttle ride with them to tell us that we had to pay 25 euro each. They then proceded to tell us how they had told us this the night before and were out of line.
The walk to the train station was about 10 minutes.
