Location, size of the room

Noise in the mornings. Drilling from building work in the building, other noise just from people on the stairs

Rooms were spacious and all that was needed. Loved the snacks, complimentary mini bar and coffee. Can rent bikes right from the hotel and the location was perfect.

It is easy to hear noise throughout the hotel. We stayed on the first floor and the noise of people coming in and our did not bother us. There were late night desk workers who talked on the phone loudly and a phone alarm at the front desk woke us up.

Location is great but staff is outstanding. The rooms are beautiful and immaculate. I cannot wait to go back.

the location is really good, easy to go anywhere. love the in room complimentary minibar (would be better if they refill daily), and the 24hour snack/coffee. the staff are very helpful.

if the washroom could be larger. some of the pillow smells...I don't know how often they change the cover. I didn't bring this to stuff, because I am only 1 person, with 6 pillows. just used the one does not smell...

Too warm. No air co ditio er and when opening wi dows mosquitoes entered room so coukd not open. Loud. Very steep stairs.

The bed was so comfortable, the room was large and the view was amazing. Excellent location, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The floors are wooden so you can hear people moving above you, but I had brought ear plugs anyway and slept soundly all night so it didn't bother me once I had the ear plugs in

Nice room with a canal view. Really enjoyed the quaintness of a heritage hotel.

The stairs are steep, but I needed the exercise anyway, haha. I appreciated that my bags were carried up for me on my arrival.

Location was phenomenal. Close to Amsterdam central station (15 mins walking) but also close to museums (15 mins walking). Could not have had a better location especially being right on the canals.

Pipes were a bit noisy at night.

The room with a view of the canal was lovely. We enjoyed the free coffee and drinks in our room and in the lobby.

The only thing missing was a breakfast parlor but that's not possible at this property.

Staff are really friendly. Hotel is in an excellent location to get everywhere. Rooms are nice and clean. Would recommend to anyone who can walk up stairs!!

Because it is an old building the windows are quite thin so we had a but of a draft and the hallways can be noisy if people are walking by but minor negative

Location was perfect, beds were comfortable! Lots of space for our group to be together or be alone. Great view of the canal.

The bathroom was a bit challenging. Not having electrical outlets made it tough to dry hair.

The hotel is very centrally located. In a great neighborhood. We were on the first floor so it was perfect. The room was big and very comfortable !
