Perfect location tucked away in the center of everything. Comfortable, spacious room and friendly staff.

Close to city center, and everything we need, they have them all!

Valet parking was outrageously high! It takes 35 to park, it does not matter if we park for a day, or a couple of hours only. The car has to be out by 10pm at night!

Everything! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal and the hotel was extremely clean. The Lobby restaurant was outstanding.

The bathroom was nice and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is amazing, close to tram and metro stations and a lot of restaurants and cafes.

One of the towels was dirty, and the carpet didn’t seem to have been vacuumed before we arrived. The heating didn’t work properly in the room on the first day, and it never worked in the bathroom, even after maintenance was carried out. Because of these issues, the value for money didn’t feel great. Also, the bedside lights had exposed wiring, which was a bit concerning from a safety point of view.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Most important - the bathroom had no mold!! Kudos to cleaning staff.

The location was outstanding and very close by walking or train/tram. Also, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Huge bathtub was a nice surprise too.

Watch out if room is on the "front" of the hotel, as there's a lot of noise due to passers by, many of whom had been drinking late and night and sometimes were quite loud.

Unbeatable location. Cozy, modern and quiet room, beautiful bathroom with excellent water pressure. Professional staff. We could also check in early.

We ate at the restaurant of the hotel for Christmas, while the food was good and the waitress friendly, the service was first too rushed in between dishes and after we mentioned this we had to wait more than one hour for the next dish.

This was the perfect hotel for us. Great location for exploring the city, access to public transportation and shopping. The hotel staff was more than helpful,and the breakfast was excellent. We had dessert in the evening, so I can only speak for the creme brulee ✔️

It can be a bit noisy in the evening as the restaurant is pretty popular. That was just for a short time.

It felt vintage but it also feels outdated

Lack of central air conditioner for the price i paid i expected more than a fan, the hotel is also located in a weird alley so getting a car to and from there was challenging

Great location with easy drop-off and pick up. We were only 15-20 minute walk away from the areas we wanted to see in the city, including the train station.

The heated towel bar in the bathroom did not work, but we didn't really need it.

Prime location. Near everything. Room is extraordinary.

The hotel is super clean. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Check in and out takes no time.
