Excellent, knowledgeable staff, always ready to help. Bed and shower were good. Apt. was comfortable and had stove, fridge, microwave and oven as well as lots of cookware.. Close to trams and buses. We could use washer, dryer in basement.

There was no toaster. Everything else was great.

Great quiet location. Very well planned out building with lockers for those who may arrive early. It’s very clean and welcoming with all the necessary facilities.

Stairs to get to the rooms. We had heavy luggages. Also, 1 bathroom for 5 people was not ideal.

The apartment is very nice and spacious. The bed in the room was very comfortable.

Didn't receive clean towels and toilet paper. Sofa beds were not comfortable.

Close to public transportation and the booking included a taxi from the airport. The staff were very nice.

The windows didn’t open so there was no fresh air and it was quite warm. Having only one door in/out with windows unable to open is also a safety hazard.

We stayed on the top floor facing the canal. Clean apartment, more spacious than shown on the photos, with a great view of the canal in the front, and relatively close to the center by walking distance (10-20mins walk from most places of interest). Staff were present in the complex during working hours, mainly for cleaning purposes but were able to answer most other questions that one might have as well. Toiletries were in large refillable bottles (eco-friendly) and suitable for vegans (example of inclusivity in practice). Generally, kitchen pots, plates/bowls etc, and utensils well chosen and of good quality. Most cooking utensils were stainless steel, three cooking pots were stainless steel. The arrangement of the cooking area and the island was very comfortable and nice for enjoying family time and cooking at the same time.

The fridge was small, without any ice compartment. No drying rack (although the washing machine did have a drier mode and there were bigger driers at the basement of the building as well), which would have been handy if somebody didn't want to use the driers (eg for sensitive clothes). There were no instructions for how/where to dispose the recyclables. There were no wooden spatula/spoon for the nonstick frying pan (the plastic ones provided are not healthy to use, and the stainless steel ones are not good for nonstick surfaces). The largest stainless steel pot was *just* enough to cook 500g of beans or small shaped pasta, it was not adequate to cook 500g spaghetti. The toilet is separate from the bathroom; a table to leave necessities (phone, pads etc.) would be useful as well as a small sink to wash hands and rinse off a menstrual cup. Although the flat accommodates four, there were not enough hangers in the bathroom to hang separately the towels of four persons after use.

Location is great - right on a canal and easily accessible by public transport. Room (although varies quite a bit from the photos) was pretty good. Small and compact and has the mentioned amenities.Communication with staff per messaging was very easy and convenient. They had forgotten the baby bed request, but after a quick message, the bed was waiting for us.

Nothing completely putting off the experience but smaller things pile on. The room does not look like the pictures - slightly more wear to the properties. The lights are a bit too dim for our taste, and we also had one light flickering irregularly in the room. Pricewise might be slightly high but still in range for what amsterdam offers.

Comfortable accommodations. Lots of space.

Great hotel. We’ve stayed with the Numa four times already. Convenient contactless check-in via code. The locations are usually in quieter parts of the city, which is a big plus. Clean and comfortable, with coffee and tea available. There are also washing machines and a dryer.

Lovely little apartment, kitchen was perfect, location was easy walking distance to shops and sights. Easy to find and easy to enter the apartment.

The dining chairs and headboard needed replacing as the material was breaking off.

It was clean and comfortable. Lovely room and lots of space. Loved the tea and coffee stand in reception, always a coffee to hand!

Slightly further out than we wanted but was worth it for how lovely it was. I would have liked a Tv in the bedroom but it’s a little moan.

Property is fantastic - there is a lot of space, it felt safe and secure. The amenities are amazing. I cannot rate this place enough. It is walkable into the centre if you like a nice walk. If not bus stop 2 minute walk away will take you directly into Amsterdam central. YAYS/Numa are amazing - cannot fault them. It makes me want to book more properties with them as I know they host all across the globe. Thank you for making our stay so special. Beds are comfy, big there is plenty of room. If you are looking for somewhere to stay close to centre of Amsterdam book here!

Only a few menial things that didn’t effect my score - Bathroom had a weird smell, that just wouldn’t leave. But it was below level with little ventilation so that could be why, and also when you flush the toilet a really loud humming noise would happen a few times in the main bedroom. Which used to wake me up in the night - but I am a light sleeper!

A spacious 2 floor apartment that can comfortably accommodate 6 people in a very quiet location. The Salthouse is directly on the canal and also very close to the central station and even closer to another tram station. One can easily reach city center with a tram line 5 in 20 minutes. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, dishes, glasses, cutlery and assortement of free hot drinks such as espresso, coffee and tea. We felt sehr comfortable in our apartment. I could even say that it felt coming home when we got back to the apartment after a long and busy sightseeing in the city center.
