Rooms were good size, no issues.

The location isn’t the greatest, but not bad either. Ground floor room looks out onto a grass patch covered in rubbish. Breakfast was okay at best.

Spacious and clean room, very nice bathroom and shower, great location and helpful staff. Loved the option to rent a bike at the hotel and the city centre is only 15mins ride or about 40mins walk. The area is quiet and felt safe, there's a school nearby so kids can be heard in the morning but we didn't mind at all. Also, there's a Lidl round the corner.

If I had to suggest minor improvements, the bike rental process could be smoother. We had an issue with a bike light not working, but staff resolved it quickly and extended the rental to make up for the lost time.The bike locking system is a bit clunky and not very intuitive, and not all staff seem fully familiar with it. That said, the staff member who helped us patiently explained it and waited until we were comfortable using it. Once you understand it, it’s actually quite easy.One towel had some stains (likely permanent rather than dirty). It wasn’t a big issue, and I’m sure it would have been replaced if we’d asked.

Overall high comfort, bed, silence, very good breakfast.

Very close to shops and a 10 min walk to the metro system at the Amstel station, makes it very easy to go into the centre and the airport.

Nothing really! I enjoyed my stay. Maybe the pillows are too square for my liking. Hahaha

Excellent Hotel!! We stayed 4 nights and all the people were lovely to us!! Great location, cleaned and big rooms. Breakfast was great and we want to especially thank Ms Tasia who made our stay unique and she was so kind to my dad. Would definitely recommend

Quiet residential location, 5 min walk from Amstel Station (Metro, Bus and Trams). Comfortable and well equipped studio flat, Friendly and professional staff and efficient services

location was alright. its like a 15 min walk from the station. breakfast was good too. staff were really good and helpful and happy

Great location close to metro, tram or train options to get into the centre of Amsterdam, or an easy walk into the city,There were also a number of cafes, bars and a supermarket a short walk away. The room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.Breakfast had a good choice and a good price when compared to surrounding cafes, especially if pre-booked at reception / within the booking fee.

Although there was a kettle the options were disappointing - a couple of basic tea bags, a couple of instant coffee sachets and a few milk alternative powder (creamer) sachets, while we had a fridge and so a small amount of milk would have been possible. For the style of the hotel and the advertising, something better was expected. The room was comfortable and clean and very modern, and as it is a new residence it was a bit "shiny".There was room information / hotel information on an app but it was very basic information.

Very accommodating as we arrived early. Nice staff. The location is very nice if you want somewhere with easy access to transport to Amsterdam central and other locations.

Clean and comfortable - tea/ coffee making facilities . Quiet location. No traffic noise.

The cord for the kettle / tea making station was not long enough - had to put the kettle etc on the floor .

Helpful staff,great service clean showers and hot water maybe add conditioner which would make it better than the rest in the shower

Probably would have preferred sheeting with elastic to cover mattresses

Location, big bed and super clean room

Really clean and comfortable. Kitchenette is great as we made porridge for breakfast and could store things in fridge. Handy to have a Lidl opposite and only 5 minutes from tram/tube station.

Quite a residential area but it’s really good value so can’t really complain.

The staff, the hotel & breakfast was good

The bathroom, the door was to small with gaps above and below, the shower kept filling up & could have had better toiletries.

A nice and cozy hotel. Location is fine - Amstel station is just about 10 minutes on foot, but keep in mind, that you need to take transport to get to the city centre. Personnel is friendly and ready to help. All necessary facilities are provided.

We stayed for just 2 nights, so for us everything was fine. We didn't have a car, but for people with it might be a problem to find a parking place, though the hotel points at that moment. The air-conditioning system was ok overall, but would be nice to add an option to turn it off.
