Excellent staff!

Tv’s in the room not working properly. No YouTube services. Stairs to the bedroom are kind of sharp, not able to use bear feet. Elevator doorpass activator doesn’t work properly, takes a few times to activate. Bathroom door doesn’t close properly, water on bathroom floor when showering.

reception did not know that breakfast lasted to 12.00 hrs; we were charged for 3 rooms (hotel blamed Booking.com and told us to write to Booking.com which we did). No assistance in dealing with this rather stupid matter and no way of canceling the 3rd room (regardless of whose fault it was).

The dinner on 1st Dec and breakfast on 2bd Dec at Barbounia were very dissapointing. The Barbounia Team was very reluctant to serve. On 2nd Dec the gentleman at the welcoming desk (I beleive he was the head of the Team,) was too bussy with writing something(s) and he pretended not to notice me. After a few minutes I had to ask him if I may sit at a table. He stopped writing and took me in. No eye contact, no smile, no welcoming phrase!There was a technical problem with power in my room which was quite unpleasant.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel!The rich history and tradition of the place are truly captivating, and it's impressive how the hotel seamlessly blends them with modernity and contemporary design, creating an environment that's both charming and innovative. The rooms are beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable, luxurious stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, consistently providing attentive and warm service that made me feel valued and cared for throughout my entire visit. The location is superb, offering convenient access to key attractions and making my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the memorable stay at this exceptional hotel.

Location is perfect. Centrally located and near most things you want to visit. Museums are right next door!Building is beautiful and staff is excellent. Breakfast was great.Room was immaculate, and house keeping was on time and as requested. Bluetooth in-build speakers in the room was a great touch

Location has its downside. Its very well connected by Tram. Well the trams move! And the movement can be heard when the city is quiet (early morning)

Stunning hotel. Attentive kind staff. Excellent breakfast and restaurants on site. Rooms were clean and fresh and comfortable. 10/10

It was too dark in the hallway, cannot see the room number. Room number should be on the door or next to the door, this would be much better to see like other Hotel.

We are always enjoying going back to the Conservartorium Hotel. The staff is extraordinary, the facilities and rooms are so clean and the location of the hotel is great.

The hotel rooms lack a bit of storage space and the space in the spa area is limited.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. From the moment you walk into the lobby to the welcome of the front desk/staff who were amazing and spent some time to ensure that we know the nice restaurants and facilities in the hotel (thank you Lourdes. You are amazing)The hotel lobby is so beautiful and has a nice atmosphere where you can order warm drinks and. Enjoy the day. The rooms and everything in it are to die for. Once you’re one, you don’t wanna leave. Lots of space and truly a five star hotel. Also suites has two bathrooms Again the hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. Everywhere is just a scene. The welcome sets them apart. They celebrated our anniversary and were so welcoming and warm. The locations are great just across the street from the Van Gogh museum and the national museum. The area the hotel on is very fancy and a minute away from the brands street. Truly will make it the hotel of choice.

The location of the property is great, central and well connected

We were extremely disappointed with our stay, primarily due to the staff’s rude and unwelcoming behavior. I’ve never been treated so poorly in any hotel. We experienced shockingly rude service, enough so to never come back.Moreover, when we arrived, we were informed of a “free upgrade” to a duplex, which we had specifically requested not to have. After a wait, we were given the room we originally booked, but it was much smaller than shown in the photos. The hotel itself is extremely dark, especially in the halls, where we often needed to use flashlights on the stairs.Additionally, the spa was under renovation, which we were not informed about. One of the reasons for booking was due to the spa. When we tried to visit, the staff informed us and claimed they had informed us at check-in, which was not true. Moreover, It was supposedly mentioned on the website, but since we booked through booking.com, we had no prior notice.All in all, the experience was highly disappointing and far below our expectations.

It was very beautiful and in a great location

The rooms were gorgeous but not easy to use. Lighting system was more complicated than just being able to turn lights on and off. Doors were all funky. Couldn’t open the downstairs bathroom doors easily at the same time. They were too thin to squeeze through with only one open. There was no countertop work space in the bathrooms. Lots of little nooks but not very convenient. Bed was upstairs and I happen to have a hip problem right now so not easy to get to. Front closet doors had to be pulled out and moved aside to open them. It was so inconvenient that we didn’t use them.

Location was perfect, room was very comfortable, staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Tention between the staff was really good and they treated my kids more than well. From valte parking to check in to rooming to the lobb yor Restaurant everybody was very pleased to welcome us and to pamper us.
