The daily offerings of snacks, tea, coffee, open bar and free made to order breakfast. These amenities really save the guests time and money!

The front desk staff is so friendly! I have stayed here twice and have had really positive interactions with everyone.

Being close to city center, it can get loud/busy in the surrounding area! Just be aware, but still the room was quiet and comfortable.

We had to pay "city tax" of about 70 Euro. I thought our room had been fully paid when we booked it. Should I have been required to pay that amount?

Location While no added charges ("all inclusive") it may not have been worth the overall charges. Breakfast and wine/cheese service was good.

insufficient drawers/closets for clothes. We had to keep most of our clothes in our suitcases. Small room probably precluded having bureaus. Steps at entry required the hotel to put a conveyer belt to assist in getting your suitcases up.

Beautiful room, great location, and no additional charges (even for the mini bar, breakfast or drinks in the lobby)

The accommodations that were included with the room were amazing! Free mini bar, drinks in the lobby, amazing breakfast layout with omelette bar, free WiFi... The room I stayed in had a balcony with a beautiful view as well.

There is not much or anything really to complain about this hotel.

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. Location was perfect friendly staff who went out of their way to answer and help us with questions and booking sightseeing tours for us. The breakfast was outstanding everything was fresh. The free drinks

The property is located in a suburb location & the architecture is excellent

The air con or heater wasn’t working in our room 206 which was located on the second floor, unfortunately for us it was -1 outside & our room was extremely cold. It was hard to sleep in such a cold room!! The mattress was wafer thing which made for uncomfortable nights. On top of that the smoke alarms in the room had masking tape over them which made my partner very uneasy, she’s an anxiety suffering this didn’t help.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding from the staff, the decor, the comfy bed, the toileteries, the self serve bar, cheese trolley, snacks and absolutely fabulous breakfast. It was also located very centrally and the lobby was a fantastic place to sit and relax. I highly recommend and would like to return.

A minor thing but the lift was a little slow.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is a lovely building, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was delicious, with good gluten free options; I really liked the fresh eggs being made on show.

Location..

The hotel does not have a 4-star concept overall; the staff was sullen and unresponsive. The woman who prepared breakfast in the kitchen and said she had worked there for 28 years was very sweet and attentive. In the rooms, there was only one small bottle of water provided; the double bed was very uncomfortable and I think it was old because the middle part was higher while the sides had sunk in, and when I first opened the duvet, there was black hair on the pillow and similarly, there was long black hair on the bathrobe.. So overall, it wasn't a hotel worth the money we paid..

Excellent location, kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Cocktails and wine available all the time with snacks in the PM. Comfortable living room area.

If I could have stayed longer!

The hotel feels like a home away from home. The staff is warm, pleasant, and very generous, and the lobby offers complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast is good.

The room ia a bit dark, and old fashioned. But this is really minor considering the advantages.

Centrally located and very walkable to many locations. Loved the breakfast. And the open bar in the lobby was wonderful! Highly recommend this hotel.
