Pros +
- Friendly staff, welcoming communal space, comfy beds, clean sheets and towels. Great location

Cons -
- I get that it’s a budget hostel but not having coat hangers is not budgeting. Also bunks are very light you should bolt them so when a person tries get in top it doesn’t wobble. These are very very cheap fixes.
- A tiny bit noisy and the sheets were not pristine clean.
- Nothing I love it here, I have been coming for 4 years

Location, clean, everything you need, nice staff
The price is very good, i paid something like 20€ per night, almost every day the housekeeping came to throw away the trash and bring some toilet paper, also they gave us a coin to exchange for a drink at the happy hour of the bar 5-6pm but the drinks are not that good but i didn't had a problem. Receptionist very nice and the guy at the door at night, he is top of the top, he really helped us when we asked him for the metro, Train etc. a very nice stay overall. The only thing that bothered me is that the light outside of the room is 24/7 always on and at night we had some light from under the door
Perfect location, brilliant staff, comfy beds
Nothing I love it here, I have been coming for 4 years
Good location and we could leave our stuff before check in and after check out.
Very noisy at night, no privacy at all. The room was extremely cold and the heating was not enough. The pillows are too tough and thick.
Cleanness, friendly staff, nice/fresh/healthy breakfast, good location, good range of discounts on other activities/tours and cheese!
Tried the Amsterdam dish of the day twice with one night in between, but I had the same dish
Location, cleanliness and stuff
Breakfast was sufficient but can be slightly improved
The main advantage of this hotel is LOCATION, very close to the center of Amsterdam.
The staff experience was mixed. During check in , hich tend to be busy, there was only ONE recepcionist, who was nonetheless very kind. In the night shift however was less welcoming. There was a room available to leave luggage, but without supervision or lockers, so it relied mostly on trust. Offering a paid, more secure luggage storage option, would be a great improvement.
the room was amazing, the receptionists were really kind. there was a space to put our bags so we could explore with more comfortable. the bathroom was really clean.
The shower had this device that you can press once, and the water starts to flow for a few seconds, then it stops, just like a faucet. This was quite inconvenient.
Location is very good, rooms are clean and modern, stuff is very friendly
No kitchen, big minus
Top location and clea
Bed too small and not comfy
I liked the location of the hostel, very close to the tram, stores and interesting points of the town. The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, has plugs near to you bed, etc. They give free maps and a happy hour token for you to enjoy in the bar they have next door. Also, they offer breakfast for a fair price compared to the Amsterdam prices; however I did not have the chance to try it.
I stayed in on a weekend and as they have parties in the club that is indeed in the basement of the hostel, the noise is too much and of course you can wear earplugs (that’s what I did) but if you plan to relax, this is not a hostel for you. Also, you can hear everything that happens in the corridor; the parties end at 4 am and of course there is people coming in to their dorms late at night too. Now, as other people say, the bathroom is small and yes, it gets wet. There’s also an unpleasant smell thoughw even when it has been cleaned. Nothing terrible honestly, but good to know.I would recommend to stay in this hostel if you plan to stay only 2-3 days.
Very nice hotel!!!Cleaning service every day!close to tram and metro, nice staff! For sure the best budget place for Amsterdam!
The location is very close to the Rijksmuseum and other major museums in Amsterdam. It is very quiet, and the breakfast
Cheap choose in Amsterdam city, no matter want to by tram and shopping, both near the hotel, suitable for single traveler.Btw, you can get a bracelet when finish check in, you must show your bracelet in to hotel everytime.
The location was great. The bed was cozy and nice.
The room was pretty small for a group of 6 people and the washroom was too tiny as well. Preferably stay for a day or two.
Top location, clean premises. New bathroom
Room too small, bed stucked between bathroom and wall, mattress uncomfortable. Bathroom really small but clean. Check the water in the shower
The location of the hotel was excellent very central and convenient for exploring the city. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The middle part was completely sunken, which seriously affected our sleep quality. The pillows were also far too big and hard for us. We asked for smaller pillows, but they told us they didn’t have any alternatives available. Additionally, since the hotel is more student-oriented, it can get quite noisy at times, which might be uncomfortable for guests looking for a quiet environment.
