great location, friendly service, very clean room

Staff were great. Decent sized room. We had the larger room available.

It is noisy. Walls are paper thin.

Close to the centre of the city, friendly staff and spacious room.

The location was perfect for us. 10 minutes from the train, a short walk to the city centre. The staff were very friendly. Very helpful.

The staff was very hospitable and very helpful. The immediate neighborhood was great. Lot's of places to eat. The room was a bit small, but adequate for two nights. We are vegans and the second day we found a nice place for dinner.The staff ordered a taxi for us to get to the airport; that was very helpful

The only real problem was that the room was a bit small. There was a small patio outside; but since it was so cold we could not really use it.

The hotel is located in a very pretty area and convenient too.

Our room was very draughty due to the door to the balcony rattling and not seeming especially secure. The curtains didn’t fit the windows fully so lots of light was let in. We had a double bed which was set up with two single duvets - we requested a double duvet instead but this wasn’t accommodated. The shower was good but flooded the bathroom very badly.

Superb location - slightly away from the touristy centre by Dam Square but Jordaan is the prettiest part of Amsterdam, with an abundance of cool bars and restaurants. Hotel was cute - lovely decor and extremely comfortable beds!

The quadruple room was small but that’s the trade-off of staying somewhere traditional and pretty.

Excellent area, room was clean and tidy with heating air conditioning. Staff were very helpful allowing us to leave our luggage for the day.

Absolutely spotless, easy check in and great location.

Beautiful location.Hotel itself was gorgeous and bonus it had a lift and balconies! Room was small and cosy, perfect for 2!

Only downfall was we were given 2 single duvets on a king size bed. Would have made more sense to just provide a king duvet.Also the bathroom would get super wet when showering. But all little thing that didn’t impact our stay!

The location was perfect for exploring the canals, buildings and museums. The rooms would clean, the beds were comfortable and shower was very good.

Room was quite noisy, some noise from what I think was a drain pretty consistently.

Located close to center, but in a quieter section that was very nice. Excellent value compared to other Amsterdam hotels.

Room could have been bigger. But it is not small compared to other rooms in Amsterdam, which do tend to run a bit small.

No breakfast however, free delicious hot drinks.

Soundproofing isn’t the best however, this didn’t affect our stay.

Hotel staff are lovely! The hotel is close to the centre so really accessible for site seeing! The balcony was a nice feature.

2 lights in the room were not working The bed was really high felt like i had to jump to get on Given 2 single quilts for a double bed which was very strange as we booked as a couple. It would of been nice to have a double quilt whilst sleeping with my partner. You could hear every single thing that went on in the corridor outside of our room it did not feel private as i could hear people having a full conversation when they were at the stairs or elevator

We loved the atmosphere and kindness when entering the hotel. The room was perfect and the east facing balcony was just amazing.

When entering the room the cleaning crew left a bit too much perfume spray so it was pretty hard to breath initially but after opening the windows for a bit all was back to normal.

The location was walking distance from the main area. Dam Square and the Red light district. Supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Public transport within few minutes walk. Coffee shops and food and drink few minutes walk away. Balcony. Nice room. Bar downstairs. Luggage drop. Checked in early. Staff were absolutely brilliant and lovely. Just everything me and the wife needed. The shower was powerful and hot. Tv was nice. Bedside lights and all round lighting was good. Air-conditioning and heating was brilliant. Room heated up really fast and you can maintain a constant temperature. Curtain were nice and dark.

The double bed was 2 singles put together. And 2 single quilts rather than 1 double.

The location was perfect , walking distance to beautiful cafes and lovely streets. The hotel itself was pretty and staff at reception was very helpful and welcoming. Room was spacious inspite of two large double beds , bathrooms equipped with premium products. The hotel is cozy and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again

Loved everything about the hotel

Great staff, incredible location, excellent recommendations, cute room, comfy beds. We loved our little balcony!
