Comfy bed, clean and nice size room. Close to tram stop. Great neighborhood.

Our room - 030 - was double height and architecturally interesting. The location suited our needs for accessing Artis and Rijksmuseum.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was nice and very clean.

One of the workers shouted at me because I stopped my car at the wrong place, instead of explaining to me where to stand

Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. I requested an early check in and they were able to accommodate which was a relief to me as I was carrying a heavy bag! I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Only downside was some construction works outside my window which obstructed my view but not much can be done about that.

Restaurant was closed for refurbishment so had to eat out.

The pillows are too hard, and uncomfortable.

Check in went very smoothly, no problems, and they gave us a quiet room in the back as requested.

The clear glass bathroom door makes it almost impossible to pee in the night without waking your partner.

10/10, really nice hotel. the only thing that wasn’t nice was the TV but except for that all good. the bathtub was surprisingly big size:)

Due to the renovation, their restaurant service was not available during our entire stay. Which was not notified before our arrival. So we were obligated looking around to get a dinner around the hotel, but ended up ordering ubereat due to the business hours.

The was surprisingly good value for money given its location. Check in staff were great, with the exception of quite a bossy woman, but you can't have it all.

Super friendly staff, very comfy beds and beautiful views from the room

On arrival after a day from hell at the airport and our flight being cancelled due to the snow, we were met by a friendly comforting man at midnight and hearing what we had been through upgraded our room. He was the shining light at the end of a horrific day. He changed our mood instantly.

It was all good, no issues at all.

Excellent customer service and a well presented and managed hotel.This hotel was as advertised - a four star hotel operating to very good standards.

My timing - they have recently finished refurbishing the dinning / bar area, which is very impressive but not yet operational - worth a look once up and running.

Lovely hotel in a great central location with plenty of tram connections on your doorstep. Beds were really comfortable and nice big shower. Overall would recommend!

Booking.com did not make us aware the dining and bar area were closed while we were there. We would not have booked if we knew.The toilet doors do not close fully. Family members can basically see through it.
