Hotel Fine Harmony

This top-floor room was the perfect size for our three day visit. The beds and shower were very nice. The hotel itself was just a few minutes away from the central station, restaurants and shopping. We were able to find many site seeing options close by.

I understood that it was a small room being in central Amsterdam but the condition of the room was shabby... worn out and not a high standard of cleanliness.... building work was being done on the outside and workman right outside our window in the day

Noisy outside every night until 4 am. Disrupted sleep.

Our room was clean and fresh. The bathroom had just been refreshed with new tile and shower.

The room was clean, but very tiny. You get one bath towel, but no hand towel . The hotel is close to the train station but no public transit actually stops on that street, perhaps due to the road construction.

Tourist tax should have been mentioned prior to our arrival

Location walking distance to the train station and the city centre. Room was clean, warm and fresh towels / toiletries + hairdryer was provided. Constant hot water and tea/coffee maker.

The location was central and strategic. The room and bathroom were also clean. Housekeeping did a good job in cleaning the rooms daily.

The only problem was during the night time, there were sometimes minor noises (e.g., people talking loudly or cars passing by).

The location is excellent – very close to the city centre and within easy walking distance from the train station, which made everything so convenient. The view from the room was amazing and really added to our stay. The staff were very polite, welcoming, and helpful at all times. The room was also clean and well maintained.

Nice room, a bit small but clean. Location was perfect just in the middle of nightlife, coffee shops, night shops, red lights district and bars. Friendly reception personnel. Check out at 12.

Breakfast till 10, better would be till 11.

The personnel, Silvia and Melvin were absolutely great, warm and open, providing a bunch of helpful information!The location is great, close to everything and outside of crowds and rush at the same time.

Everything was great, neat and tidy. Just missed a bit of the final touch in room appearance for an exceptional experience although it provided me everything I needed!

It was clean, road facing, and near Centraal. So location was good

We were given top floor, it requires stairs since no direct lift, and it gets very hot due to glass house affect

Close to attractions, short walk to train station and cruise boats. Close to city centre, quiet area. Clean, nice and friendly staff, we leave ours luggages before and after stay until we had bus back home.Plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner around, we didn't try breakfast from the hotel. Per total very pleased with our stay.

The website says that luggage can be stored, but in reality, it can only be stored on the same day. I needed to store my luggage for two days, so I spent a lot of time dealing with the luggage storage problem.

Rooms very compact- this is normal in Amsterdam. Very clean, sheets replaced every day. Breakfast is fine, maybe more exciting options in the area for the same price (15.00) but can't complain.

TV in our room didn't work despite bringing up twice. Not a huge issue as we weren't in the room much but this may upset others. Beds are VERY soft. Again this may upset others more than it did for us. My elderly father struggled to get on/ off it.
