Triple G Hotels

This was the worst hotel, beds were dirty, I don¿t stay there.

The beds were dirty with big spots of pee and unknown substance on the bed. I have pictures of the beds I will send you.

Absolutely nothing it's honestly the worst hotel I've ever been in! Two of the older staff were ok but the younger guy named OMAR is a little rude prick and should not work at a hotel..

I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel in all of my life and I've stayed in some dives! Rooms are definitely not cleaned, carpets filthy, bugs, loads of dirt under bed, hairs all over bed sheets! Fire alarms going off all night. Hotels a kip!

Not too far from the centre. The staff are friendly

Tea and coffee wasn't topped up, I had to ask for these. Very unclean windows, had to ask for them to be cleaned and the cleaners only did one side

Wires hanging from lights and kettle cold rooms over charged very dismissive never in 32 year had that bad of an experience

The lady that checked us in And the other lady that was around the day before departure. Just notnsure of their names which i wish i asked

Cleanliness Attitude of staff and management Rooms are freezing No windows Cleaners are not doing their job properly and also one has very bad body odour which smelt out the corridor

No dental kit in the room, No room slippers, was expecting room in better condition

Omar was amazing help and great person to speak to in many languages. Rooms are perfect size and fits any trip to amsterdam.

They really ought to improve on their housekeeping.

Breakfast was excellent

About 20 minutes from central but bus route just outside the hotel so easy to commute

Shockingly tragic.

The room was disgusting, plugs falling out the walls, dirty shower. Staff are rude. Breakfast was disgraceful. Cold room! For what you’re paying you are better off booking an ibis or holiday inn for the same price. This place looks nothing like the photos heads up.

The room was big enough and had a tv and bathroom, staff was always available, lobby smelled nice and we were able to rent bikes from hotel. It's an alright budget hotel for a stay or two, nothing special but good enough.

Not as clean as I hoped it would be. Paid extra for a "lake view" but it was disappointing and the picture online did not match to how it looked in real life. Location was round 20 mins from center

Staff were lovely and very helpful

Getting woken up at 8.40 am to the sound of a malfunctioning fire alarm for 40 mins xxx

The team at the hotel was absolutely amazing, so attentive and polite, just incredible people. We chose the option where breakfast was included in the price and could not fault the breakfast whatsoever with option to order an omelette on request and the lady was so polite. The breakfast chive was superb, something for everyone to eat. Very convenient location, just 15 minutes away from city centre with a bus stop just round the corner.

The only down side was that there was no option to open the window for a fresh air, everything else was amazing

Location, there was only really hot wather, it was not clean...

Lovely hotel, especially loved the bath! It had jets In it! Room was spacious, would look a lot better when the lobby on the floor we stayed on is done up.Love the colour scheme of the hotel aswell. Love the fact there’s a bath and a shower! Two mirrors and sinks for a large room! Hotel is kept clean, staff are helpful!Would definitely come back!

Only problem was the aircon not working, but they gave us a fan to help.Someone was meant to come out and fix the aircon but never did unfortunately, but again they rectified the problem, was going to move our room but it was fully booked. Also the TVs may need a little update, it kept freezing when I was trying to watch YouTube:(

Cool interior

Room smelt, fire alarm went off for about 30 minutes in the morning, and no one even apologised about it. Woke me up in distress. Water didn’t go warm on the last day of our stay.

On the outskirts of Amsterdam with good transport links into the centre

Hotel very tired and needs some improvements and maintenance, not like the pictures.

Very comfortable and good location near tram stops.

The cleaning service could’ve been better however for the price it’s good.
