Pros +
- Small but comfortable room, attentive staff, nice coffee lounge, great quiet location with a few cool cafes across the street
- We got there early and the cleaners were starting rooms. Only ones waiting and they made us wait till exactly 3 when we saw the people check out before noon. We literally had been up 24 hrs and we had ri hang in Libby for 5 hrs !! That room is so small
- The hotel was very central and very clean. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place looking nice.
Cons -
- Its small but only sleeping here
- The attitude at check in was terrible. Was told. " breakfast is at a certain time and went down to be told it's nearly $40 for fake eggs and beans. We left the food and walked out
- It was extremely overpriced for the size of the room, the complete lack of soundproofing and the location.

Location was great and very central. Room was comfortable for a night.
Nothing was wrong, but a basic hotel stay. A little overpriced for what it was.
The breakfast was extremely satisfying — it was impossible not to feel full. The products were very delicious. In terms of location, it is about a 20-minute walk to the city center, but there is a tram stop very close by, making transportation to the center very convenient. It is also approximately a 10-minute walk to Vondel park, which is incredibly convenient. When we come to Amsterdam again, we will definitely stay at this hotel without hesitation. Everything was excellent. The biggest advantage for us was having unlimited drinking water available 24/7 and being able to enjoy unlimited coffee. Additionally, especially for guests visiting during the winter months, it is a great advantage that the air conditioning/heating system is centrally controlled and does not depend on the room key card. It is really pleasant to enter the room and find it already warm.
We are very satisfied with our choices, and there is nothing we disliked.
The mattress in the bunk beds
Rooms are small but it is almost normal for Holland
Great breakfast and clean rooms
A little noisy with loud neighbouring rooms
The breakfast was ok, not many choices. The rooms were generally clean. The location is good.
It would be very useful to have a small fridge in the room. The stairs leading from the upper floors to the ground floor were very narrow, steep and dangerous. There is no good soundproofing in the rooms
The Staff was polite and helpful, the breakfast was tasty and the location very good to explore the city on foot. There is also a tram stop and a bus stop in 5 minutes walking distance if somebody wants to use the public transportation which is super easy.
Rooms are basic but absolutely all you need for a city break! Rooms were spotless and the complimentary coffee in the breakfast room was perfect, especially with it being so cold during our stay. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, this is our second time returning and would absolutely recommend
I like the cleanliness, the breakfast and the unlimited coffee
The hotel breakfast was truly fantastic, offering a great variety of breads and other pastries, including delicious croissants. In addition to the bakery selection, there were 3-4 types of cheese, olives, fresh greens, and various cold cuts like salami. The hot buffet also featured 4-5 different options.I was particularly impressed by the inclusive choices, such as oat and soy milk. There were also plenty of healthy options like fresh fruit, oats, granola, and yogurt. They offered 5-6 different types of jam, and my personal favorite was the mixed berry one.As for beverages, you could enjoy as much fruit juice as you liked during breakfast. Furthermore, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were available 24/7 with unlimited access. A standout detail for me was the choice between drinking from a porcelain mug or a paper cup; having both options was very convenient, whether I wanted to relax there or take my drink to go. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. If I were to visit Amsterdam again, I would definitely stay here. The location is excellent; you can reach the city center in about 15-20 minutes on foot. It is also equidistant to the Museum District, meaning it's right in the heart of all the must-see spots.Transportation is very convenient as well. There is a tram line passing right in front of the hotel, and you can access bus stops within a 500-meter walk. I reached the hotel incredibly easily from the airport using bus number 391, and I used the same bus to get back to the airport just as easily. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Another major plus is the cleanliness of the bathrooms—they were truly spotless. While the rooms were also very clean, bathroom cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations in that regard
The rooms didn't provide disposable slippers or similar amenities. If you're the type of person who can't be comfortable without them, don't forget to bring your own slippers
Honestly kind of exceeded expectations. A lot of accommodation is quite expensive in Amsterdam, and this place was kind of in the middle. I also received a free room upgrade because I book a lot with Booking.com which was very nice. Honestly no complaints, employees were also very friendly.
Honestly nothing, was perfect for my needs. Would stay again.
Great location, close to the central square. Friendly staff, very clean, free coffee I recommend the cappuccino. Comfortable mattress topped beds. The room was compact but had an on suite shower which was also clean. Also close to museum and 3 minutes walk from trams to Amsterdam station
No outdoor seating
We had breakfast on departure day and it was excellent. Had to wait for them to make more scrambled eggs. The location was great and walkable to a lot of restaurants, transportation and museums. The lounge was nice with access to tea, coffee and water at all times. It was also conducive to meeting other guests. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful.
More lighting in the room would have been helpful. More tv channels would have been nice- it was mostly sports, news and talk shows.
Great staff, perfect room for parents with two kids as each got their own bed even if they were generally together. Had all we needed.
Nothing - all good
Location was ok
Mainly the staff was very unhelpful, sarcastic and slightly rude
We like the fact that it was quite stylish and boutique
The shower wasn’t really nourishing. Quite depressing Overall the team cleans the room everyday, but don’t like to change the sheets or towels a lot
Location is great. The staff is welcoming and helpful and the lobby with nice coffee and tea is a plus
The rooms are very small and quite dark. The building could be in better shape.
