Tiny room and high cost breakfast

The location was amazing, the staff very extremely helpful and the room was huge. The rooms were immaculate and looked to have been renovated recently.

The Continental breakfast was much better than I anticipated. Much better than some places where I spent over $--- a night. The Staff was friendly and the location was very close to a supermarket, the Amsterdam Museum and Royal Palace.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected. I wouldn't recommend for the solo traveler looking to arrange a large (>3 person) get together in the room.

Confy hotel in central Amsterdam. The strongest point is the location, real close from transports and a litle walk from main atractions. The hotel has breakfast room, resting areas and reception 24h. All worked great.

I found the hotel quiet, despite of the busy area... The only night with noise after midnight, was due to some guests talking real loud... A small note to breakfast. Some products were not restocked or became unavailable, which is a pity cause quality is overall good.

The location was amazing, very close to the Dam Square. The breakfast was very nice and was definitely enough for us to start our day.The room of 4 was great, with enough space for each of us.The staff was very nice!

The shower pressure was a bit weak, but we still had a great time thanks to this great place.

Location is great it’s central and the rooms are decent sized. Enjoyed my stay.

They don’t offer coffee/tea/water and kettles in the room but there’s a coffee station downstairs.

We had a wonderful stay. The entire staff was very wholesome and helpful. Breakfast was rich and good. There are free coffee, tea and water in the lobby. They also have umburellas that you can borrow.Location is the best! 3 minutes walk from Dam square, very close metro and tram stations and to all the good places to eat.

The room did not have a closet which was unconvenient.Arriving to the room is a little confusing because the hallways are kind of a maze, but maybe its like that in a lot of hotels in amsterdam.

Hotel is in a perfect location, very close to everywhere. Staff is very kind and friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable. 24h coffee is available at lobby. And breakfast was also very good.

Nothing, if I have to mention something then I can say that elevator is a little bit small and slow so you may wait for it for a few minutes. But in such a hotel in an old building it is not a surprise and among all other good things this can easily be neglected.

The doors slammed shut and you could here this from neighbouring room.Our room overlooked the street and was extremely noisy due to the constant trams passing by.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was tasty.

Room was very spacious, staff were friendly comfortable beds.

Quite expensive for what you are getting but it was one of the phew hotels that offered a room with 3 beds.

Great cheap rental option that provided free hot drinks - very welcome after a long day out in the city and in the morning before heading out

Only drawback was that our bathroom had a sewage angel but to be fair, we didn't tell staff until we left

The staff was great. Close to everything, the trams went just outside so it was easy to go to the central station to catch a train to the airport. They had strong wifi and many channels on the TV (many were with english spoken language). You could also use your own Netflix account.

The coffee in coffee station could have tasted better but it functional and free 24 - 7. As a Swedish person I missed a seperate bin for cans (for recycle) but I suggested it to the manager and he seemed to be positive to the suggestion.

The hotel is clean, it is a small hotel in a very convenient location, with a tram station within walking distance and everything nearby.

However, I had a major issue during my stay. I did not request or refuse cleaning, yet the cleaner entered the room and only changed the towels without actually cleaning. A disposable cup had fallen on the floor and was not picked up, and other areas were left untouched. The room was not cleaned at all—just towels were replaced—which is unacceptable. I don’t understand why towels were changed if the room wasn’t properly cleaned and waste was left unremoved. Usually, when a cleaner enters a room, the expectation is that it will be properly cleaned.

It was so close to all the main attractions and very clean and staff where amazing
