    Pros +

    • Really welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the coffee machine in the room.

    • The hotel room served its purpose.

    Cons -

    • I ordered an additional surprise package for my partner. It was not set up in the room as agreed. A member of staff was waiting outside of our room and mentioned the error but gave away the surprise in front of my partner. They then fixed the issue but the surprise was already ruined. When we got back to our room to see the so called surprise package.. it was awfully presented. For £60 it looked like a child set it up, not to mention how cheap and tacky it looked. Really disappointing. After a quick google of the Prosecco, it costs around £10. Unsure how they can justify such a mark up in price for such a lacklustre product / presentation.
    • It wasn't a major issue, but it took some time to know how to work the remote control for tv. Slight issue with bathroom when showering ... in the superior twin room, you can see the person showering! (good job we are good friends!). Also, at night going to the toilet, you have to put the key card in to turn on the light for the toilet - waking up the other person! Didn't know how to operate the lights other than from the card slot, so walking back to bed in the dark. Also, we felt the side tables by the bed were a little on the low side rather than at head height.
    • Open shower and tub, no doorsFar from the city

Good location, easy to reach via bus. Comfortable, clean and ample space. Very comfortable bed with two big pillows.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations both about the room and the staff.Location is great, a bit away from the city center but more quiet and easy to get around. Rooms are very big, with comfortable bed and the best airport is the walk-in shower which is great for older people or people with moving issues.Staff was super welcoming and nice and they gave us wonderful reccomendations about the city.

It is an easy commute into Amsterdam on the bus, remember If you are buying bus tickets, get the GVP app purchase tickets there, and it's easier .

We ordered a delux room to celebrate a special birthday, and sadly, our air-conditioning unit did not work in our room. However, we were given another room which was standard and given a 50% refund of the cost of our original room, which we were happy about. Considering how much it cost us, it is still quite disappointing ?

Lovely reception, nice sized twins bedroom, the en-suite has both a shower and a bath tub separated from each other which is a rarity. Breakfast is excellent, with a good range of food and drinks. Great location, not far from the public transport.

The room hall light’s mobility sensor could not be set off by ourselves, which means we needed to ask the reception to send the hotel maintenance to disable it. A small annoyance but quickly resolved.

Facilities were fantastic. Staff were very helpful and friendly for any questions that we had.

Shower was a bit small and couldn't fix the position of the shower head.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The art installations were lovely. Access to the pool was great.

The automatic toilet light is too bright (in the middle of the night!).

the hotel states it’s a four star hotel but it is actually a 3 star hotel.I had issues checking some guests in which caused a debate with the reception.the “twin room” is the same as a double room except the beds are separate but are pushed together there is no separating them.

Great for a city break! The location is perfect, with only a short bus journey into the central Amsterdam. The hotel room was very spacious and clean as well as peaceful. We found all staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The modern building was light and airy. It was a very interesting building. Although we didn’t use many of the facilities there was lots on offer.
