Mould in bathroom bedroom was scruffy and small . Paid £--- a night !

It's very central to the heart of the city. We got upgraded and had excellent views of the city . Ethan and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

There wasn't anything really. The room could be a little cold but it was comfy.

Location is perfect, literally 10mins walk in any direction, you've got everything you could need- cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, museums etc The hotel is small but perfectly formed. We had a small double with a private roof terrace that overlooked the church next door- it was brilliant!Staff in the hotel were helpful, friendly, chatty and knowledgeable

Lighting in the room could have been better, there was no light on the terrace but we made use of our phone lights.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Curtains were a little stained, broken tile in bathroom (but not dangerous)

Staff was amazing, Konstantino was hands on from before we even got on the plane in the United States. When we got there, he got us into our room by noon and upgraded our room, which was so amazing with so much space, a great view and super clean. He was super knowledgeable about any activity we wanted to do in the city (especially with food). The location could not be any better. Though it was a couple of blocks from center city and Jordaan, it was the perfect distance where we were able to walk everywhere but could come back and enjoy a quiet street at night.

There were some stains on the mattress and wall marks in the room, but that comes with any hotel and was barely noticeable.

Room got upgraded to an executive suite, location was nice, the people in the reception were very nice (also the cat was)

Bathroom was a bit smelly as the areation wasnt really good so it smelled humid. The state of the room wasnt the best, damaged parts here and there

Room size was way too small. The onlyplace to sit was on the bed. I would have rated much higher if there was a seating area

Rolm was a bit smaller than expected but very comfortable.

the room was smaller than anticipated. The pancakes for breakfast were cold.

The location was great! Walking distance from the metro station and the City Center. The staff were really nice and helpful. The resident cat was super sweet! The breakfast provided was good and our room was spacious.

The only thing I didn't care for was the bathroom. Not a fan of the "wet" rooms. When you take a shower, water gets everywhere. I know this is very American, but I prefer a shower door or curtain to contain the water.

Staff were excellent and welcoming. They even helped trouble shoot our trip when there were disruptions. Rooms were ready on time and overall clean.

The sound insulation between rooms could have been better but overall good and to be expected in old city center housing.
