It's unique and the location is in the heart of the city and closed to train station.

Excellent location, never heard any noise and very comfortable bed and bedding.

Room was not advertised as what I paid for and two sockets one located next to toilet pan and the other covered over by canvas carpet used to decorate wall no Hager’s for cloths and barely any room for me and partners bags toilet was not clean and lucky to for one Pearson

So close to centre and staff so friendly and rooms were really clean and tidy would stay again

I liked that the hotel had an elevator.All the people in the reception were nice and helpful.I also liked that it had a free coffee and tea station.

The rooms were very small.

Great location, cool decor and very comfortable beds. Both reception and cleaning staff were friendly. Complimentary coffee in the morning and regular cleaning. Luggage storage if required before or after check in / out.

Occasional banging noises within the building but I assume this was due to the elevator going up and down the shaft. It didn’t affect our sleep.

Staff were a real credit to the hotel. The coffee machine in the foyer was a welcome start and end to each trip out.

The rooms looked really interesting at booking, but ours was plain. The room was cold, to the staff's credit we were given a portable heater. Very noisy, partly due to outside activities (tram etc), but also due to building works very early in the morning.

Wi-Fi is not working, entertainment is very poor even no courtesy water, clean in this below average, no fridge, heater in WC is not working

Such a convenient location, it gets very busy on the street but I found it worth it for the convenience of being in walking distance of pretty much everything! My sister and I walked everywhere the whole trip. The rooms are small but has everything you need. Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful, they even provided a list of recommendations for food and tourist spots.

Easy to find, very close to Central Amsterdam station and all the main touristic sites. Hotel does not serve breakfast - but it has many places around to go. I went to the street behind the hotel to have very tasteful big size hot English breakfast at very reasonable price. City center, museums are in walking distance reach. Hotel provides coffee/tea at any time for free for the hotel guests. Rooms are not big but very cozy and one can regulate the temperature of the room on his own. WiFi connection was rusty at some moments but generally OK. Personnel super friendly and customer oriented. Arrived on 09:30 a.m. on a very cold X-mas morning, and got a room earlier than standard check in time.

A great location near the station and everything you will want to see. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond helping when the booking didn't go our way. We had booked a suite which before arrival we were warned was being decorated and may not be ready on time. This was understandable and some things just cant be avoided. They put us in the best room comparable to what we wanted, refunded a good bit of the cost of our stay and the cost for birthday decorations (which were still provided) I will absolutely try and book here should we visit again.

Although free tea and coffee were available in the lobby the standard hotel hot drinks facilities in the room would have been nice. However this is a simple recommendation and in no way a complaint.

Got given room 103, it was nothing short of a false advertising. It was nothing like any of the pictures of the rooms what so ever, checked the room type pictures and they were all much nicer rooms. Considering this wasn’t even the cheapest room option I couldn’t believe it. Just a plain, cold uninviting room that looked like a hostel. No mirror in the room only the bathroom, 1 single plug socket for the whole room, tiny bathroom, no fridge, no heating, no bright ceiling light just lamps and 1 small window so room was just dark and dingy.I paid 25 euro for birthday décor that looked like an accumulation of items they had found from other people who had stayed, a happy birthday banner that said ‘happ birthday’ the Y was missing, some flimsy balloons and random fans, it was embarrassing spending money on that as a surprise and walking into it. It was worth no more than about 5 euro, they just shouldn't have offered the service.Asked reception if we could move, they phoned at 11:45 to say we could move rooms but it had to be before 12pm, and we were already out for the day so couldn’t get back in time.

I have to say the staff is very helpful. Especially because ai sprained my right foot in Berlin so thats the only reason took an uber taxi to the hotel and I still have to hobble a little bit to get to it but thats why if youre visiting just take the train to and the airport its very convenient and close. Anyways yes the staff is very helpful and were able to give me a little ice. The location is also very good which is basically what youre paying for. Amsterdam isnt cheap but its fun!

Space is very limited and becomes almost claustrophobic in the hotel especially when its crowded. The tv's have the casting capabilities but the internet connection wouldnt work to cast. I really hope this would be changed. The wifi was kinda slow as welll but that may be because its soo crowded in the summer.
