Close to main attractions and public transports, nice and clean room and helpful staff.

We had problems with second key not working two times but staff helped us immediately. I couldn’t find hangers in the bathroom to put towels on.

It’s very easy to get there by bus from the airport. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very good, already with the perfect temperature. It was wintertime, but there was a heater in the room that kept it warm. The shampoo and conditioner are vegan, which was nice! Breakfast was delicious! The beds were comfortable and clean and the hotel is on a beautiful street. They responded to my requests promptly and allowed me to leave my bag there after checkout so that I could see the city without carrying it around.

It’s a great location in terms of the proximity to the tram and the museum. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and really appreciated how clean the bathroom was. I loved being able to schedule a taxi to the airport as well. Oh and I loved having the room lights next to the bed.

I’m sure this isn’t a problem when school is not in session, however, my room was facing the courtyard that the hotel shares with an elementary school. The children play in the courtyard from 8 or 8:30 in the morning till well in the afternoon. It’s very loud. They woke me up through ear plugs and it’s just constant screaming for almost the entire day. Lastly, the single bed rooms - the curtains are halfway into the bed. If you could do a different configuration or something to get the curtains off the bed, it would be so much more comfortable.

Booking. Com canceled reservation and I re roved notice 1 hour before my flight. A phone number was not provided easily on the website to find out reason and reconfirm my room before needed after very long flight. Had to rebook directly with hotel

Could use update but very pleasant clean and day clerk very pleasant. Would be great for family with children

Great location for museums

No air conditioning. We were there for a few warm days and it would have been nice

The hotel isn't nice. The decor is ugly. The breakfast is horrible. Only some of the staff at reception were very friendly.

We enjoyed both the full and partial breakfast options. Very good options and the baked breads/etc were amazing!!! Front desk gentleman was great / I forget his name but so helpful

Location is excellent. Bus from airport passes 300’ from hotel. Close to museums, easy tram transport into central city. My room was decent size, nice bathroom, staff helpful. Good variety breakfast.

The staff was amazing. They let you store your luggage so you can explore while waiting for your trainBreakfast was good- great variety and location is great for exploring wonderful museums

Room wall was dusty. Wasn't visible until I plugged in the bedside lamp (on/off switch not working). Other than that, the room was comfortable.

The hotel is located in a main area, close to public transportation.the staff were very kind.as a solo travler, the location was safe

Location was ideal! Right at Museumplein tram stop, less than ten minutes walk to Rijksmuseum and Concertgebauw. Excellent shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Refrigerator was a great feature. A large Albert Heijn grocerty store is four minutes walk (we bought our own breakfast supplies). Coffee maker in the room. Neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for being in the center (we slept with our window open). Blackout curtains were very effective. Staff was very friendly and greeted us every time we came or left. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was too warm. We tried lowering the thermostat, but it stayed warm (we eventually opened a window which was fine). There were six coffee pods for three people for three nights. After the first day, the coffee pods were not restocked, though they were restocked the following day. Tissues also ran out and were not restocked the first day, but the front desk immediately gave us a box upon asking.

Location!! It is steps away from the tram stop, the bus going to the airport, the museums, stores, restaurants, Christmas Market, and still it is a very quiet area. Clean, fabulous water pressure and hot water in shower, large room.

The only option for a room was double, but it was two single beds put together. Usually that isn't a problem, but the mattresses kept sliding, leaving a space between.

Staff were energetic and friendly, near or beside the Van Gogh museum. They even upgraded my hotel room.

Extremely friendly staff!

I found 3 welcome hairs on my bed, one long, two short if someone is looking for them. When I moved the bed away from the curtain, I saw that nobody ever cleaned behind the bed. Yuck

Ideal position for museum's lovers. Nice neighborhood, secure and lively. Hotel is very good menteined, big plus coffee machine and small fridge. Special thanks for a receptionist Igor, very kind and helpful. The breakfast is ok.

It was a little bit cold in the room at start but with a heater, eventually was ok
