Hostel Warmoes Amsterdam

Location was very good for all the places that we wanted to visit. Also very to the trams and central stations.No noise from outside just inconsiderate residents.

Great location, spacious room, accommodating and very helpful and friendly staff.

It is literally in the heart of Amsterdam and easy to go wherever you want.

The bed and pillow was not comfortable of standart private room.

Location of this Hostel was very good to say the least. Only thing to be aware of is that the location is right in the heart of the Red Light District, but if you look past it you find that its pretty well situated and centric. The central station wasn't too far, nor many other popular sites and public transport.

The location was OK. I liked that they allowed you to leave your baggage after checkout. Clean beddings and towels. The staff were very friendly. The hotel provided a sturdy and large safe for your luggage. The safe doubles as a bedstand if you want to place a tablet or laptop to watch videos in bed. They are bedside lights and sockets too.

Some toilet supplies, like hand-washing soap, were not restocked even after the cleanup. Tissue paper, sheets and towels were restocked, but somehow the handwashing soap may not have been on the checklist. I think one would probably get on request.

Location is incredible! Exactly as described and the photos of the property are up to date and accurate. Easy check-in, comfortable bed, and was pleasantly surprised with a towel provided (which I previously had to pay extra for at a different hostel). Felt very comfortable and safe as a solo female traveler.

Minutes away from central and always the best service as this was my second stay at this hostel in a private room.

Stairs

Great location. Walkable to most places of interest. Great private twin room with a private bathroom. The staff were sweet enough to allot us a ground floor room since we had heavy bags.

1. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It was super soft which lead to an extremely painful and uncomfortable sleep. 2. The ground floor room had a lot of noise coming in from the yard right beside it. The quiet hours were not followed by the other guests.

The room I rented in Amsterdam had a fairly decent location, but it fell short of the expected standard in terms of basic amenities.Key points:❌ The room lacked essential items such as: an iron, a kettle for tea/coffee, and even drinking water was not provided.❌ The accommodation was essentially just a place to sleep, with no basic services or comforts included.✅ The location was reasonably good.Conclusion:I would not choose to stay here again due to the absence of fundamental amenities that are necessary for a comfortable stay.

Great location, lovely staff and rooms were brilliant for a group of 6 and 7 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

In one room two of the bunk beds didn’t have railings which for us wasn’t an issue but for some people might not be ideal.

If you want to be in the centre of the Red Light District then its perfect. The area was a little too busy & noisy for me. Great location as a base to explore others areas though I suppose. Staff were awesome, so friendly, welcoming & helpful. Lady at breakfast was lovely ☺️

Beds were awful. I know its a hostel but the plastic mattresses were awful. The floor of the room was dirty & dusty, crisp & hair on the floor. You get lots of noise from people in the street until early hours.

I liked the location and the kindness from the staff.

There was a bad smell one day coming from the bathroom and heater

Don’t!

Everything . Dirty , worn out , tiniest room filled with 3 strange size beds . I don’t recommend anybody to pay that kind of money and stay there . My friends and I were so upset ! Pictures are total lie .

There is breakfast, but it has the absolute minimum variety.Night gets loud, both in the dorms and in the road, and there is 0 noise insulation.I wouldn't expect to get proper rest, especially as a light sleeper.
