It was a perfect room for our short stay. The staff was kind and we were even able to keep our bags there in a luggage storage area. Wonderful location.

I stayed for a one night layover and it was great. The location was in a chill more residencial area. I had everything I needed. I had a private shower which was good, and the shared toilet was clean. Overall a good stay for the price and location if you are not a fan of shared bunk beds

The stairs are small and steep so don’t bring a big bag there. There was a strange smell from the shower after a big noise, but then after a few minutes the smell went away. There was someone else’s underwear behind the curtain. I think maybe the didn’t see them when they cleaned.

The room was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also great, within walking distance from the main attractions. Highly recommend

The only bad thing is that the shared toilets were small, but it's okay for a short stay.

No breakfast. Location was great. Convenient to walk to the docks. Steep stairs, no lift. We appreciated all the convenient information and directions provided by the staff. Would stay there again for sure!

The stairs provided exercise, but take a small suitcase if you have to carry it.

Location was excellent, neighborhood beautiful. Across from Hortus gardens and near zoo.

No effort made for making rooms attractive, pallid white walls, cheap furniture. Definitely no thrills but I’ve had better sleeps on a sofa than those mini bed cots. I get it that the halls are so small that you can’t get a bed inside but there’s gotta be a better way.

Good location, clean and humble staff

There's no stairs and my room was 3rd Floor and i have heavy luggage. It was nightmare :(

The location was really nice, very close to the tram station and only a couple of minutes to the main centraal station. Very beautiful botanical garden in front of the hotel and also very friendly staff.

We had a shower in the room but no toilet. The mattress was uncomfortable for sleeping. And the room could be cleaner. And the shower drain was barely working.

The host was so welcoming and helpful. Felt right at home. I liked that it was a little out of town. Good play to come back to after a busy day downtown. Nice cafes and tram two minutes away from property.

Nothing not to like. Be mindful there are a lot of stairs but this is typical of homes in Europe. No lift.

Very good value for money. The hotel wears on its sleeve that it is a budget hotel with next to no bonus items hotels usually give you, but with shops nearby you can get your own so this isn't a problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the room was good. Overall absolutely perfect for 1 night, or a weekend if I'd be inclined next time.

The stairs are absolutely brutal. This won't be a problem if you have light luggage or a backpack only, but is not great if you have heavy luggage or if you're elderly. It is completely inaccessible if you're in a wheelchair (though I do believe they have ground floor rooms). The rooms aren't very sound insulated so bear that in mind.

I would like to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Honestly, I wouldn’t even consider it a hot

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was not up to expectations. The first floor seemed like a budget 2-star hotel, which wasn’t great, but manageable. However, the upper floors were a complete disappointment. They were in very poor condition, almost uninhabitable, and certainly not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

The property was located very close to the centre only about a 5 minute walk. It was quite and you felt safe, only a little walking distance to the metro and the trams.

Perfect location few stops by tram to Centra sation, and Dam Square (tram number 14),, quiiet neighborhood. Clean room

I could hear the other room creaking doors during the night whenever someone opened them.Also the bed wasn’t comfortable.
