Pros +
- It’s very trendy and the lobby area was good, although we didn’t use it.
- We had stayed in the Social Hub in Glasgow and it is located in the middle of the city...in Amsterdam it's a 30 minute train ride outside the city which wasn't ideal...also an added expense. We were also charged a deposit fee of 50 Euros in case we trashed the hotel room...
- The staff was great and the lobby was a nice place to hang around.
Cons -
- We were told that we had been upgraded to a studio which had kitchen facilities and a bath ,when we first dropped off the bags at midday, but our room wasn’t ready yet, which was fine. We turned up at 3 o’clock and there was no mention of the upgrade , but we were told that there was drinks and snacks waiting for us in the room. When we arrived in the room, they’re definitely was no upgrade, there was no kitchen. There was no bath. There was no milk in the coffee section for us to make any sort of hot drink and there was no snacks at all.. there was a room on the floor which had kitchen written on it, but none of our key cards would work in that door. We didn’t bother saying anything cause we were only there for one night, but it’s not a place that we would return to again.
- The location was too far from the city centre and also the 50 Euros deposit which we'll get back apparently
- The room was really noisy and the curtains did not fully block out all light.

Location. Vibe
Room was a little cold. Couldn’t stop the blower at night. Didn’t have a plug in the basin, so struggled to shave without wasting lots of water.
The location worked well for me; only a 15 minute bike ride to B.Amsterdam
I had prebooked but when I arrived (early) they wouldn't rent me a bike until I had checked in. That makes no sense since they already had my booking and I paid for the rental. Also, the bike's 3-speed shifting never worked correctly; it could barely shift into 2nd gear and only if I forced it and held it, and never could get it into 3rd gear. I would have expected bike maintenance would not have left this type of issue with the bike. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim over the sink; very hard to see while shaving.
The heating in our original room wasn't working, so they gave us a complimentary upgrade! Great facilities, excellent location, wonderful experience overall.
Limited dining options in-house in winter, the bed was much too soft so both of us didn't sleep that well.
Easy check in , check out
People (staff and tenants) seemed a bit distant

We had a double room and it was spacious. There’s water and filter coffee in the room, which was a nice touch! The facilities are super good. There’s a co-working area you can access, games to play like ping pong, pool, and board games. You can have a drink or order sandwiches. And the nice part is there’s a gym with everything you may needReception staff were super friendly and helpful!
For breakfast you pay €17.50 the day before or €21.50 (+€3) on the day, which is a bit strange. On the weekend the breakfast time was until 11AM. We showed up at 10:20 and there’s almost nothing left. We asked if it was possible to refill the stations but the chef said no, saying it’ll close at 11AM. I never experienced that before. The locations is also far from everything. There is one small shop nearby, but no other supermarkets which made it a bit of a pain. There’s no communal kitchen or microwave to use.
A modern, welcoming, inclusive, sustainable, and digital facility with a fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms, while not particularly large, are comfortable and welcoming, complete with every amenity. Just 50 meters from the tram and metro, it's easy to get anywhere
The bar is perfect for breakfast, snacks and drinks, also excellent, but not very well equipped if you want to have lunch or dinner
The location very far half an hour from the centre. So you have to pay for the tram every time
The location ,breakfast expensive
It has kitchen amenities with dining utensils CleanAnd the staffs are very helpful, even help us order an uber very early in the morning for us going to the station
Room really clean and good size.
No shampoo or shower gel!
Welcome gift (Tony chocolate :). Close to the metro station.
Bathroom is too small
Room was nice, bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast at downstairs cafe was really tasty with a good variety of choices. Allergens were well taken care of, lots of lactose free, gluten free and vegan options. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

The hotel rooms have no frills but are comfortable, nice bed and pillows. The gym is accessible 24/7 and very well equipped for an hotel gym (kettlebell, free weights, sled, several cardio machines); and the cafe (Stach) downstairs proposes a variety of food and drinks to consume here or take away. Many group activities and co-working spaces i didn’t explore, but the vibe is cozy, cool and young. My room was very quiet and I loved that.
The hotel is not in a really “sexy” or picturesque location (if you want to walk from it to the center of Amsterdam it will take you 50 min, but it’s doable) ; however it is well-connected by public transport so it’s not really a drawback
Perfect breakfast, nice personal
Comunication with hotel and solving problems: 0. !! Very disappointing. Lot of mold in the shower, heating was not working etc. hotel took 0 responsibility!
Amazing property, room, etc. The check-in/out was great & the café was convenient. I didn’t check out the basement facilities. Easy access to metro/tram.
I knew it was outside the city centre but didn’t realized just how far it was. There was tram line construction which meant I couldn’t take the tram straight into the city centre. The metro had a direct route, although given the geography of the metro, it was a much longer journey than simply switching tram lines. There was not a lot to eat in the neighbourhood & only a little corner grocery nearby.
We liked everything, very nice staff, very good breakfast. Everything is clean.
Good price, clean room, friendly staff
Small washbasin, shower glass door doesn’t close
