Pros +
- The property was very nice, but a bit remote, there were no facilities nearby. although the price was really high.It is however close to the metro station and the city is in reach.
- Excellent facilities
- Facilities, access to transportation, quiet room, super clean. Great staff.
Cons -
- the remote location, the price was too high! we paid close to 250 for 1 night breakfast incl. which is overpriced.
- Below average service, lack of cleaning
- Saying they have a spa is exaggerated. No bathrobe or sleepers where given , no soap to shower in the changing room. Not right for a 4 star

Disappointing
Saying they have a spa is exaggerated. No bathrobe or sleepers where given , no soap to shower in the changing room. Not right for a 4 star
Very nice facilities and spacious well designed room. Super friendly staff.
Breakfast
The bed has bumps on it and it was not flat due to the bedding I also found it very cold and took long to warm up The bath water was extremely hot i burnt my leg
very disappointing
Rooms after Check-in not ready, several issues with paying on my room, breakfast buffet refill was refused, staff rather unhappy with the work
The hotel was right next to the train station/tram stop so it was really convenient to get into the centre of Amsterdam. We liked that it was outside of the city so it was very peaceful. The view from our room was gorgeous and the room itself was amazing! Loved the 24hr snack shop as well - definitely a great idea.
The location, the staff, convenience of a small shop for essentials on site. It’s super close to the tram that takes you right into the centre of Amsterdam, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the room was just beautiful.
I can’t think of anything, I just wished we had more time there.
Great location, 5 minutes walking distance to Amsterdam RAI and the metro station
Beautifully presented, easy to park on site & close to public transport
Bedrooms could be cared for more looking a little tired in places
Amazing hotel! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean and cozy! Excellent service from staff, the food & coffee was delicious too. The bath tub was a highlight, super spacious. Everything was great
Amazing overall, clean, superb room, nice gym at the top floor. Great sauna at the top floor! Excellent breakfast.
For me, the location was good, I was going to VU, but in general not super central but well connected. What I didn't like much is the limited selection of food, which to me seemed also highly priced. However, I realized many people using uber eats.
Studio vibe and the big window in the room.
Got a room in the corner next to the gym so everyone could see me through the gym window while I was in bed...There were no slippers, limited cosmetics, no dressing gown, lack of jacuzzi and a pool, no stuff flexibility on extending check out hours for people who arrived late evening! I had my birthday and got a bag of gels instead of a nice cake...
Friendly staff, very helpful.
2 "normal sized" pillows in a suite. A bit far from town. Shower room in Panorama Suite has a risk of water running everywhere
Room was amazing- bed comfy and free water bottles and towels daily. Hotel itself is beautifully decorated would deffo stay again
Bad
There is this white manager with blonde hair at the front desk who is extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked her to let me use the phone so I can call my airline as I’m running late for my flight and she says no. I then go to someone else at reception 10 mins later and they let me use the phone AND helped me find the contact number. Some ppl just lack customer service and they need to be sacked
I stayed here over Amsterdam Marathon weekend and absolutely loved it. The room was probably the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was incredibly comfy, the bath in the middle of the room was a great touch and the shower was brilliant too. The whole place just felt really high quality and really relaxing. The location was spot on as well, right next to a train station which made it super easy to get around. Honestly it was a flawless stay and I’d recommend it to anyone.
Nothing to mention. Everything was excellent.
The property was spacious and very convenient. It’s was beautifully designed
The king sized bed had two single mattresses with a topper but the mattresses kept drifting apart which led to a bad nights sleep
Excellent breakfast, friendly reception, convenient to public transport, parking in hotel
The room cleaning is more than unobtrusive - it won't be done unless you ask. The bathtub is located right next to the bed, without a partition or door, so the whole room smells like a bathtub. Rooms with a bathtub are about 80 euros per day more expensive than rooms with just a shower, because, as we were told, "a bathtub uses more water." But not by that much! This is the first time I've encountered this, even though I often stay in hotels in EU countries for work.
