Breakfast was great

The staff were not friendly. Rooms were small.

In this hotel you can spend a comfortable night, and also enjoy all sorts of activities, such as a swimming pool, sauna, slot machines and billiards (for an additional fee), a gym, a comfortable lounge area with all sorts of drinks, unlimited coffee and popcorn 24/7. Magnificent interior, clean rooms. There are also several areas equipped for coworking. And an incredible view from the window, regardless of the location of the room.

Parking for residents 1 car 32 euro/night

Very friendly staff, enjoyed our visit a lot there. Nice bar with welcoming drink! Rooftop with an amazing view across the harbor in front of the door. Parking also in the large garage possible.

It seems like that the place isn’t the easiest to access for Uber. Recommend to reserve in advance to avoid delays etc.

Trendy vibe, pool ok, view from room.

Incredibly uncomfortable pillows and cheap duvet that had clumped in pieces. No option for other pillows. Gave me terrible back pain. Room was not cleaned during the stay - given the excuse that they had been busy. Potential to be great with these few changes.

Well first of all I had messaged the hotel to ask for balloons for my friends birthday and I was advised this would be an extra cost which was fine, I was happy to pay this on arrival and they said they would arrange this. Got to the room and no birthday presentation. A pre authorisation was taken one week before my stay. This was not meant to be taken until the night before my stay as stated on the terms and conditions and I understood that this would be taken from my bill- which it definitely was not. The total price was €399 quoted on the app. In the end I was charged €503 and not sure why? We had to pay €60 extra for the dog which was fine so I understand that. There was another pre authorisation charged to my account for €549. 6 days later and this charge is stilll outstanding and my bank account is in negative balance because of this. They won’t cancel and the bank said the merchant has to cancel. I am beyond frustrated at this situation and the lack of empathy and help from both booking.com and the Moxy AND Marriott is despicable. I definitely will not be staying here again

It was out of the main flow of traffic. It was in a nice secluded spot.

I could not get over the rats in the lobby at 1st I thought it was bugs but the fact that mice were running around in the lobby everywhere had my skin crawling ?

My partner and I recently stayed at The MoxyHotel from 5th to 11th of March, and I wanted to share some feedbackregarding our experience.Firstly, I want to acknowledge the warm welcome we received uponarrival. The staff member who checked us in was very helpful andaccommodating, even offering us early check-in upon signing up for theMarriott Club, which we appreciated.However, I must express my disappointment with several aspects of our stay.Room Quality & CleanlinessWe booked a queen-size room through Booking.com, but the room we weregiven (Room 425) did not seem to match this description.The bathroom had noticeable marks on the walls (possibly makeupstains), which was not what we expected from a 4-star hotel.Despite being told this was the "best room available," it did not meetthe standard we anticipated.Housekeeping IssuesOn our first night, we placed a sign requesting room cleaning, yet itwas ignored. The bedding was not changed, and the room was notvacuumed.Two days of our stay, we experienced no hot water and had to requestit to be resolved.One afternoon, we returned to our room at around 5 PM to find it hadstill not been cleaned. Meanwhile, we noticed a cleaner on their phonein the adjacent room.Overall DisappointmentThis stay was meant to be a special occasion for our anniversary, andI spent considerable time selecting what I thought would be ahigh-quality hotel. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met, andthe experience left us feeling frustrated, especially considering the£500+ spent on this stay.I wanted to bring these issues to your attention as I believe a 4-starhotel should maintain a much higher standard of service andcleanliness. I expect a response and resolution regarding how thiswill be addressed.I am yet to hear from the hotel themselves, therefore have left an honest review detailing our experience and to ensure future guests are aware of the standards at this hotel.

The staff made it difficult to check in, also didn’t tell us about whats included in the stay, while I overheard them telling everything to other guests the next day and had to ask additionally

We picked this hotel as it had a swimming pool, this facility wasn't available during our stay which wasn't great at all

Nice rooms

Mice . Seems to be a bit of mouse problem in reception and on ground floor

The best hotel I have stayed at !. The location is beautiful on the port-side. The staff were very courteous and always ready to help 24hrs a day. Breakfast spread was well thought out, "Grab & Go" option through the day was extremely helpful especially for solo traveller like me and the chic Bar at the ground floor was a good place to hangout. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam for a short stay !

Nice size room unlimited towels slippers accessories etc

Slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom but with door shut unnoticeable however if we had stayed longer than 3 nights we would have changed rooms

The staff are so friendly and helpful. EverytimeWe went out for the day we came home to a clean restocked room. Clean bed, fresh towels coffee/tea station stocked up. Honestly had such an amazing few days here. The bus 48 stopped a few minutes walk fromThe hotel right into the city centre and it was extremely easy to get around can’t go wrong at all!!!

Only thing was there was a holding fee each night that I didn’t catch onto, and we haven’t received the refund yet it’s been 4 days already I will have to chase that up again

Quiet but near the center of Amsterdam

Broken tv, shuts down after like one minute.Broken shower, no constant temp. and it missed a piece of the rail. Room 501

Design

Keys were not working properly, I asked 4 times to fix them it was super uncomfortable.Mouses in the kitchen area and nobody fix that!

The location is a bit far away from the center, but there's the 48 bus'es stop nearby, so you can get there in 20-30 minutes

There's no fridge inside and no iron. I was aware of it, but still it'd be great to have it in the room.

The tv had no Netflix and had a slow tv and remote but other than that it was good experience
