MA Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

small but cozy and quiet hotel, 12 mn from airport. Very courteous, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Gas station and city center are nearby with all amenities (restaurants, shops)

Room was nice and big.So was the bathroom. Very modern looking hotel. We had a comfortable stay for 2 nights.

The wall mounted aircon/heater did not work properly, and I did not like the tiny paper cups for coffee or tea.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying at a hotel.The staff were extremely rude and indecent in their behaviour. The entire place was very noisy throughout the night, making it almost impossible to have a peaceful sleep. When I requested to change the room, the request was rudely denied without any consideration. The overall ambiance, cleanliness, and attitude of the staff were terrible. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was a little too hot because the AC was not working, and the windows could not be opened.

A great option for one night before or after a flight, as it is located a few bus stops from Schiphol Airport. The only inconvenience is that it is a long walk to the nearest bus stop. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, there is a kettle and a refrigerator. The hotel has polite staff.

I stayed here three nights and only one day was unlucky when water started dripping from the air conditioning pipe. The worker looked and said that it looks bad and I was moved to another room.

Clean, quiet (even though hotel is next to the highway), and friendly staff who let us store luggage all day after check-out.

The only downside is the location – it takes about 10–15 minutes of walking and rotating through the area to reach the nearest bus stop, and it’s roughly an hour to get into central Amsterdam by public transport.

I am very grateful to the staff at the reception,especially to Sarah. She is always very polite, friendly, and happy to help. We couldn't check in earlier, but we could leave our things in the storage room. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean and in good condition, with a safe. It is possible to order breakfast. The territory is clean, quiet, and green, with the possibility of parking a car.Overall, excellent value for money.

In the room on the ground floor, in the morning, i could hear guests talking at the reception (soundproofing). Some of the sheets were stained.

Car park was free and lots of spaces. The room was big, air conditioning worked well. It was a quiet hotel.

When I arrived the toilet seat was loose, the reception sent someone to fix it who wasn’t even a professional, he said he had fixed it but it was still the same and then he brought a new toilet seat and fitted it, it was still loose, I complained and said he was messing about because each time he claimed to have fixed the toilet seat he was flushing the water lol, the receptionist put me on the phone to the owner of the hotel, he didn’t apologise or offer a solution apart from for me to get a refund and leave the hotel. And he ended the call on me. So again I went to reception and asked what they was going to do about it and the receptionist said if you want this guy to come again I will watch him myself and make sure he fixes it and in the end they have him the proper tools and the receptionist stayed next to him until he fixed it properly. I think he was more interested in cleaning his car outside in the car park. The customer service from all the staff was awful and very unprofessional. And then I paid €43.50 for 3 Buffett breakfasts, the variety of food was very small and there was no boiled eggs left at 9:30am (breakfast runs till 11am) so I asked if they have some more and they said no they need to ring the shop to buy some more and then there was only 1 member in the kitchen, who was just 1 guy who kept coming and going, none of the staff wore professional uniform.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is definitively a plus / convenient and well-situated for exploring the area. Very central with a bus connection to the express train literally around the corner that brings you directly to Amsterdam. One highlight was the complimentary parking, which was certainly a welcome bonus and added convenience to our stay. During our time there, an Indian celebration was taking place. While it brought some lively energy early on, we appreciated that the guests were quite considerate and it became quiet after a certain hour before midnight so the sleeping routine was not disturbed.

That said, there were a few aspects of the room that made the stay less comfortable. The room was very dark due to the small windows, which gave it a somewhat enclosed feeling. The biggest challenge, however, was the shower - the water pressure was so low that washing long hair would have taken hours, which was quite frustrating for my wife. he hotel has its strong points, and the staff do seem to be trying. While it might not be our first choice next time, we would not completely rule out a return.

The staff are nice and the facilities are clean.

Only the walk from the bus stop if you have luggage. But all in all, the place is good for relaxation.

Okey place to stay over one night on the way to see tulips, but it’s not a charming place that you would want to spend several nights at. The breakfast was ok except the coffee machine had to be rinsed and restarted in the middle of the breakfast.

Lovely hotel with great acress to the airport via local transport (1 bus). Great park near by for a walk after a long week of meetings and travel.

The staff exhibited professionalism, courtesy, and adaptability. The premises were impeccably maintained, and the accommodations were comfortable.

Everything except location

It was a good walk for at least 15 minutes...however, it was very inconvenient when we were bringing trolley bags cabin bags with rough roads. Suggestion: need to book uber to & fro the hotel
