- Location
- The staff was very friendly and accommodating - spoke English well, as we couldn't speak Italian. Gave great recommendations for activities in the city, and were always friendly. Wifi worked better here than at other foreign hotels we visited.
Cons -
- The hotel advertised that they have an airport shuttle but in fact they do not. We had to pay a private driver to get back and forth to the airport.
- The restaurant upstairs (iSofa) could have been better. Drinks were SLOW to be delivered and I'd like to see more pasta/pizza on the menu.
