- Room upgrade
- Location and cleanliness.
- Location was close to the train station, far enough away from the noise and congestion, close enough to walk. We stayed here a few days before a cruise, and we returned to this hotel for a one night stay after a 2 week road trip. They held our extra bags.
Cons -
- Bathroom light leaked every time someone took a shower from the floor above.
- We needed to call the desk to have the elevator turned on at 3am. We had an early flight. Not a big deal.
- Needed more updating. Mold in bathroom and bedding/pillows were hard. Also felt taken advantage of and not given correct prices with the taxis. Very expensive.
