- Amazing
- Quiet hotel outside of the tourist zone, less than 30 minutes by public transit and walking from Termini train station
- The hotel was in a quieter part of Rome so a fair walk into the central parts/main tourist attractions.
Cons -
- Staff was slightly rude and condescending. Very few amenities, esp for the price. Breakfast decent but overpriced. Bed was so hard it was difficult to sleep. Location a far walk from major sites. Not easy to use metro. Not a lot to offer near hote
- Yes the customer service was horrible and the hotel looks dirty including the surrounding of it!
- The room was a little run down and in need of a refresh and repair.
