Pros +
- Location, staff, restaurant.
- The staff and service were excellent. The location was also within walking distance to great restaurants and tourist areas.
- The service was amazing. Good trained and skilled people working in this hotel.
Cons -
- Pillows were lumpy. Before my trip, I had noticed that all luxury amenities were included in the room. It was disappointing to see no washcloth or conditioner. Those are available at virtually all US hotels.
- - heating was making loud noises at the last night - toilet flush of other people's rooms could be heard in the middle of the night, so I woke up several times. Nothing to worry about but for 5 stars not the best recommendation
- Actually the breakfast was pretty standard for the price tag. But Germans have never been good at breakfast really.
