most sheets and towels had small stains on them, door into hallway from our room was at an angle on hinges and so let in a lot of light/noise from hallway

When checked in the manager Welcomed and gave excellent service. When I booked online I made sure to use filter Pet friendly but when I went there it was mentioned that the room is not but the hotel is.....had to pay per night for the two cats. Thanks!

The bathroom door would not close as it looked like it had shifted to door frame Notified front desk at check out

The staff are friendly.

The management is horrific. I specifically checked into the hotel for almost two weeks to get work done. That was impossible especially in the last week - it was constant construction and noise. I lost a whole week of work.

My room was paid in full for 2 days, but get inactivated in just one night. You took my money and inconvenience my stay.

Garbage and dirt on floor in corner behind reception desk, overalll odor in building, has to move rooms due to opened air co unit and foul smell Overall venue just looks so dated it¿s sad

Need to clean up the hallway and stair areas - it is disgusting !!!

Breakfast was frozen the 1st day. 2nd a little warm but not edible.Staff was not helpful. 3 rd day didn¿t even try breakfast as I didn¿t want to be frustrated right off the top. Checking out we asked what could they do for us told nothing

There were spills that had dried on counters and surfaces.I asked for a dog friendly room but I didn't realize that I was NOT given a dog friendly room until leaving and then was charged 100.00 dollar cleaning fee .

The room was large and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast sausage links were good.

The room was not very clean. All the trash cans were sticky and dirty, dirty fingerprints on the doors and walls. Told 3 staff members 8 different times about a oile of dog poop outside our balcony door, it was never picked up. TV did not have Netflix:(

False advertising that led me to this hotel. Seems that false advertising is welcomed here. Nobody wants to take ownership and try to make things better Floors were extremely wet and I fell down the wet stairs and smashed my back in two place and spraine

The bed was comfortable.

The room was filthy. If I can attach photos I will ..there was a black film in the toilet of dirt and there was black dirt on floor and on counter. They were in renovations so the check in girl was outside smoking and you had to walk by to check

No microwave in room as advertised No signal to the T.V. so no T.V. Major construction in and outside the hotel. No parking on site during construction Heavy presence of marijuana smell Couldn't utilize the a/c as it brought smell into room.

Room was super clean and modern.

The hotel cancelled my reservation. The air conditioner and heating unit needed to be cleaned and sanitized.

Quiet. Close to stores. Close to 401.

Says 100% non smoking. Weed smell very strong from first floor. Manager wandering around common areas no mask on. Curtains were broken. Heater was hard to control. Control markings warn off. Filter on heater very dirty. Small tv. No hangers to hang coats.

The complimentary breakfast. The hotel did not have a lot of guests,subsequently was not crowded and a good selection.

When I first entered the hotel there were 2 ladies smoking outside the hotel, there was no one at the front desk and the phone that rang was unanswered. After waiting 3-4 minutes I left.The same 2 ladies were behind the front desk when returned later.

Clean & comfortable for a short stay. Nice hot breakfast.

The room smelled bad like cat piss. The carpet had burned marks all over it. The heater made a loud noise so was hard to sleep. Staff was outside smoking when we arrived. All over a bad room for $--- a night. Not even a two star.
