Booked because it was closer to the ferry which was cancelled an hour later due to an offshore hurricane. cash grabbed my $even though it was still early afternoon. Shame on me for not booking the additional insurance I guess

Didn't like that they allowed pets. People with dogs downstairs putting dog poop in garbage inside by entrance. Very unpleasant smell each time we walked by!

The staff were fantastic ,rooms were very nice as well as clean and they had great selection for breakfast. Coffee ,tea and ice cold lemon water was available in the lobby 24 hours a day !

Close to things

The toilet plugged and they just gave us a plunger! Is that not what they are there for?

Quiet, excellent location and parking, knowledgable staff.

The bed should be replaced. I have slept at 5 different hotels in yarmouth in the last two months and this by far was the worst sleep ever.

Clean and convenient location.

Noisy children playing tag,running and screaming loudly in the hallway thoughout the evening and again starting at 7:30AM. Impossible to relax or sleep in beyond 7:30AM. Staff took no responsibility for dealing with the situation.

The desk clerk, Felicity apologized for the condition of our room. After contacting the manager we were given a $50.00 dollar credit for dinner at a local restaurant.

The carpet next to the sliding door was saturated with water. I notified the desk clerk & was advised the hotel was full and could not put us in another room. The clerk also noted that the maintenance had been wet vacuuming several other roooms.

Location and price

Disappointed about late start of continental breakfast. We had to checkout before it started. We didn't get our morning coffee. No elevator so it was hard to get suitcases upstairs.

The fact they tried to solve the problems

We couldn't check in afterdriving 9 hours because of power failure. Then we had to move rooms because several teenage base ball teams were yelling and running up and down the hall visiting team mates.

The free breakfast was mediocre., at best. Our room met our needs. The bathroom, while clean, needed the bathtub drain to be cleaned as water would pool in the tub when showering. However, all in all, a decent sta

As noted above...

I liked best the layout of the room the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is amongst big chain stores restaurants in movie theaters only minutes away from the waterfront.

Everything was great and I look forward to coming back again in the near future.
