The bed was comfy, the room was bright and actually had hooks to hang things including towels. And the price was great. Breakfast the next morning had plenty of offerings and everything seemed pretty clean

Breakfast was great, many things for children to do in the hotel, close to restaurants and shopping but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Super friendly staff.

I have traveled to 37 countries and this was the worst breakfast. Eggs awful. Meager choices. Ate at a local restaurant instead

Nice location with very friendly staff and super clean and modern rooms..Nice pool and an excellent complimentary breakfast with always free coffee or hot chocolate..

Was more like a college dorm room with the decorations, lack of closet, no coffee pot, no microwave. Not a "warm and cozy" hotel. I DISLIKE the communal shampoos/body wash/conditioners/hand soap.

Breakfast had some items that were gluten-free.shampoo and conditioner was great and smells good! Staff were super nice.

No hot-tub in pool area and no microwave in room.

Dirty with mold in the caulk in the bathroom. Stuff on wall below bathroom mirror. GROSS!

Having the games area near the dining section at breakfast, while I sure made things easier for parents, made for a noisy breakfast experience for us.

Location

I did not like that there was. No coffee maker in the room.. that is a deal breaker.. checkout is not until noon.. instead of being able to relax and get ready on my own time.. I had to get dressed and go to the lobby for stale coffee.

24/7 tea and coffee, really nice lounge areas, gym & pool, good location just 5 minutes drive from the coast and Yarmouth center, also nearby a busy retail area if anything is needed on your trip.

My only criticism is that the room itself could have been a bit bigger, it felt pretty cramped for two queen beds for our two adults and a child to move around in. Overall the fit and finish is very good, though.

No carpets in rooms. Bathroom floors were slip resistant. Nice big shower and lots of amenities in there which were natural selections. Nice big TV and loved lighting and blinds

Atmosphere and staff very nice.

Everything! The staff at the front desk were exceptional. Breakfast included a pancake that was shaped like the province.

Everything was perfect.
