Breakfast options

The bedroom was not very clean. The bathroom was Very Clean. The bedroom carpet needs a good shampooing. Under the bed I found a part from the bed that holds the structure together. Under the bed I found an unidentified food item. Maybe a cookie, or tart?

Usually a positive experience overall, but this time the confusion around booking 2 different rooms for 2 days created chaos. Called before arrival, was reassured no issue. At check in re-explained, no issue. But then was disturbed several times next day

Disruptions, room calls and knocks about card charge problems (when it was pre paid), specifically since the room was booked to rest and work out of the house, to guarantee not being disturbed by others.

The location was close to the airport to stay before a flight the next day.

I wish there would have been curtains that closed all of the way to darken the room so the sun was not so bright into the room. Also there was a bright sign that shined into the room at night. The plastic spoons and forks at breakfast were too small.

Well our neighbor decided to scream his lungs out for a solid hour until we callled twice to complain and someone came to his room to talk to him. I believe he was intoxicated.y

How nice the temperature of the pool was. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really good too

I had 2 different rooms at this same location, however the mattresees had valleys in the center. I also stayed at "Inn On Prince" during this trip but their mattresses were much nicer. Some carpeted areas were worn-out. Due for replacement.

It was in a decent location.

There was no pool available for use - closed for maintenance. Had we known this on booking, we likely wouldn't have stayed. We requested a late checkout as there were hockey teams in the night before and we hadn't slept much, but were told absolutely not.

Bed was comfortable

The person that checked us in was higher than a kite and kept us waiting while he chatted on the phone with a friend. He did not even acknowledge me standing there.

The location is great It is a super place to stay the staff is so friendly and helpful hotel is nice and clean I would recommend it to anyone that is traveling

They had a room available last minute.. it was comfortable and fairly clean..

the Hot Breakfast was not good at all.. ended up eating cereal/banana a bit more money needs to be spent on quality of the food..

Sofa bedsheet was missed to change however by informing reception staff was nice enough to come quickly and change it.

had to pass on breakfast as someone at the front of the line was getting food for about 11 people..got tired of waiting and left

Fridge didn¿t work , didn¿t realize until we were settled in . Not a great big issue for us though
