Hampton Inn by Hilton Sydney

Bathroom was clean jacuzzi never worked. Batteries were dead in the remote got woke up at 3 o’clock in the morning by noise in the hallway twice.

Very clean rooms, nice hot breakfast. Excellent quick check-in experience.

It was beautiful and very clean

There was no remote for the fire place. But the staff brought a new remote up , promptly.

This is a very clean and quiet hotel.

Hampton Inn always has the best breakfast selection. Unfortunately, o this stay they did not have their scrambled egg, but rather some plain egg disks that were not great.

Staff was very friendly especially kitchen staff.

We drove at dark and we had to travel a very long country/rural road with no lighting or gas stations.

Not toilet paper, room had other peoples hair in the shower, towels felt old over used. Bedding was great, room was clean.

This is the 2nd time they told us the pool was closed for renovation. It has never opened since at least a year ago,so not happy saying g under renovation for a year and still not ready.breafast was disappointing. Breakfast mabey 2 out of 5 .coffee brutal

Breakfast was poor the first day and average the second.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The parking was free. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There we lots of choices of pillows on the bed. The room was quiet with no noise from the hallways. The free breakfast was excellent.

A group of nine 12 year-old were running wild through the hotel, unsupervised by any parent, for several hours from the pool to our floor, leaving water on the flooring in the elevator, which was a safety issue for my 80+ year old mother.

Clean room, comfy bed, being on top floor, great soaps, no big issues at check in/check out.

Terrible breakfast, it was our wedding night and they said they'd do something for us but didn't, pool didn't feel clean.

At this time of the year, I love all the decorations they have put up, trees everywhere .My time of Christmas.

The only think I WISH they had a shuttle services for when we attend an event we would not have to worry about parking, otherwise everything else is perfect.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful. Recommending places to eat and visit. Next morning helping us plan our visit to Cape Breton national park. Very good recommendations. Restaurant on the front was wonderful.

No loved everything. Would definitely stay here again. Not been to bad Hampton inn. One step above the rest.
