This hotel was the perfect blend of comfortable, a spacious room and a perfect bathroom! The tub... absolutely my ideal of what every hotel room should have. Very thick fluffy towels, lightly scented amenities and lots of room to move around. I loved it!
Location and restaurant
Beds were uncomfortable. Front staff (man)was rude to my child that lost his key.
Very clean and well appointed room. Staff was friendly and made accommodations for our little dogs. I¿d stay again if in Corner Brook.
Helpful friendly staff, main floor, gave us a late checkout.
Centralized location
Four Star means luxury. This is, in no way, a 4-start hotel. Having stone table tops doesn't mean 4-star. Queen bed was actually a double. No microwave in the room. Pulled the blankets back to find a crawling bug in the sheets. No elevator.
Hotel was excellent in every way.
It was perfect. It was just off the highway and had a restaurant on site. It was close to gas facilities, fast food and a small mall. Perfect location.

Front desk girl very helpful in what was in the area.
It advertised a gym it was 2 miles away. And for its rating absolutely no breakfast at all. Very very disappointing . Not even a discount at the attached restaurant.

We booked what we thought was a 2 bed room after a long day of travel and the room had a double bed and a single pull out couch for 4 people. Not a restful sleep at all! Hotel was exceptionally expensive for a sub-par room. Will never go back.
The hotel was dark and needs a massive updating. Tiny bathroom. Old and dated.
The staff were very accommodating from upgrading the room to allowing us to stay an hour longer. FrÃÂèe wifi and free parking were nice as was the city view. It was also helpful to have a restaurant with takeout attached to the hotel.
It was difficult to find the hotel which was located in a commercial area. The lack of an elevator was inconvenient. Finally it would have been nice to have a breakfast buffet although we had food with us.
It was clean, checking in and out was trouble free and efficient. It was quiet.
