Pros +
- The staff. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The lady in the kitchen was baking muffins and she gave us some straight from the oven. We were just looking for a place to stay overnight close to the TCH as we had flight to catch the next day in St.John's.
- It was in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant on location so it made getting dinner more convenient. The rooms have parking right at the door and there are also 2 doors to your room. (outside and to hallway)

Cons -
- It was not an inn but still was very comfortable.
- The included breakfast was not what I thought. I saw the hot chaffer dishes in the dining room/restaurant the night before. I thought there was going to be a hot breakfast but I was mistaken. It was just a continental breakfast. I was a bit disappointed.
- no television clock radio did not work and when we open the window or turn on the air condition all we could smell is food fat the room is to close to the kitchen .

Location
Not fussy about the breakfast in the am. Couldn’t find tea bags water etc.
room is clean and beds are comfortable
isolated location with the only restaurant nearby in the "hotel". No staff available at 7am or after 8pm. The "hotel" is on a platform of rooms made of steels. limited continental breakfast, no hot water available for tea.
Good place to stay. Room was simple but had everything we needed, good food at the restaurant
It was clean and comfy bed.
It’s definitely not an “Inn” but overall it was fine. No hairdryer in room but available at front desk. Unfortunately no one is at the front desk from 10-8 to request one. Most of the food was unavailable when we arrived at 6:30pm. The staff was very pleasant.
It was open and had vacancies. The staff was nice.
It’s bare minimum. Calling it an “Inn” was a little presumptuous. It was a glorified mobile home park.
Not much
Bed too high, ice bucket left in room, but no ice machine available, food was terrible, no employee at time we left, all locked up and only option I had was to leave room key on table and lock four on my way out.
Highly priced for what we got. We were supposed to have breakfast however the dining room only opened at 12pm. A little late for breakfast since check out time was 11am. The room had no possibility of making coffee:( Not worth the $200 we paid!
Good location prior to next day flight out of St. John's. Cost of room was the highest we paid throughout Nfld (with exception of St. John's) with average room quality. Hallway with access to dining room after hours was noisy, and adjacent restaurant not open for morning breakfast.
Need improved restaurant services (breakfast hours availability)
Nothing. It was a work camp.It was marketed and priced as a resort.Very disappointing. The building was located in a gravel pit.
There was no staff at the entrance. The site was ugly. The room was completely overpriced. The restaurant was sleazy and no staff was in the restaurant in the morning. The website pictured a view of the cove and instead we had a view of the work camp mobile units.
Ease of entry and great staff
Noisy throughout the nightNot many items in the room ie cups or drinking glasses
Like this place, feels like home. My second visit and will be back again. Rooms are immaculate and beds very comfy. Staff make you feel very welcome.
the breakfast was minimal. The location is such that it's just a place for the night when travelling a distance.
The property itself could use a lot of improvement.
Very friendly staff
No water boiler in the room. Limited food options
Staff was great on check in
Tv didn't work and couldn't find staff to help me
Very friendly staff and good restaurant conveniently on site. Rooms very clean and quiet.
Staff!! Friendly homey feel. Comfortable rooms and beds.
Staff, food & cleanliness were excellent
