The staff was accommodating in helping to sort out initial problems with TV

The showers in the room could use some maintenance and maybe a couple of lamps in the room with more plug in's for charging phones and other items.

Hotel is close to Highway

Booked 3 day stay. Manager very rude at check in when we required nonsmoking room. I checked in and immediately checked out after seeing room. Had to pay for 2 days. Still no refund for the 3rd day. Was worth every cent I spent to NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!

Right off highway and price was good

Shower water was to hot then to cold, wouldn't stay consistent

They charged us more then the price I was quoted. The bathroom floor had cracked tiles, and you thought you were going to fall through the toilet.

Hotel was very clean. Bedding and towels were immaculate. Room was generous size and had all basic amenities, although a little dated. Management team, live on site and keep a close watch on all activity. I felt very safe.

No restaurant on site or nearby

It was quiet, only one other guest.

Run down, not overly clean. Bathtub was really gross. I won¿t stay here again.

just off the highway near to downtown woodstock, staff was very helpful

air conditioning was not great, no where for guests to sit out near their rooms other then the main building, restaurant was not in operation

We were able to book two rooms.

Needs to be upgraded. Bathroom was old looking and peeling paint. We did not need two queen beds. But that was all available Restautant was way too expensive.

Liked the King room very much. Bed was very comfortable.

A/C didn''t work but we were comfortable without it. We didnt realize the fridge wasnt plugged in until the next morning. Also,didn''t have a microwave.

Quick arrival. Big and clean room for the price.

Short anecdote: the small valve to turn the bath in shower was all calcified. I had to pull it with a quite bigger force than expected... Result: I strained a muscle in my neck. Whoa... Kind of my own fault, but still, a little improvement needed there.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay while traveling from southern Maine to northern New Brunswick. The price was great! We enjoyed a very spacious room, comfortable beds lots of hot water and a delcious breakfast.

Not a dislike but the room had an odd sink arrangement. It worked ok, it was just odd.

Adjacent to interstate but traffic noise could not be heard in room.

No complimentary breakfast.

The price, but maybe that was because breakfast was not included. Free internet.

There was no air conditioning. There was mold in the bathroom. Some sort of loose panel on the wall. Breakfast started too late and the service was very slow due to lack of staffing.Not good when you are trying to get an early start in the morning.

Highway easy off, easy on. Beds were OK. When we complained that the smoke detector had been taken off, the owner came and replaced it immediately. This is a family run business, and they very friendly. Some rooms, not ours, may be recently remodeled.

We were in their pet room which may have been worse than others. The rooms are oddly configured with a tiny bathroom (see their pics), urine stains on the carpet, damaged drywall in the tub area, AC grill falling out, no chairs outside the entry door.

Beautifully clean room and bathroom. It also smelled lovely.

Hotel itself was a little old and run down but rooms were amazing.

Very clean, everything you needed, even a restaurant. Staff was very friendly and willing to do anything for you.

The bath towels were a little small, couldn't rap yourself in them.
