Pros +
- Great location; inexpensive, clean rooms; ample hot water; morning coffee, fridge and microwave in room
- Great location; large, quiet room; clean working shower with plenty of hot water; fridge and microwave
- Clean, quiet rooms, all on ground floor with convenient parking. Comfortable bed. Ample space in the sitting area with microwave and small fridge. Free coffee and tea in the morning was great! Owner graciously allowed us a late check out.
Cons -
- Only one USB outlet in room; no continental breakfast (haven't had one for at least 3 years, but still advertised on the booking site); speaking with the owner in English is difficult.
- No breakfast, just free coffee in the morning
- The door to our room had only a doorknob lock, no deadbolt or other security measure. No phone in room. Bring USB adapters if you need them. Showerhead was coming loose of the wall; also could have used grab bars.

Quiet & clean. Pleasantly surprised. Over and above its 2.5 star level.
