Cons -

The hot water in the hotel room was limited. I went to take a shower shortly after my husband, but about 5 minutes after I went in, the hot water in the shower was automatically turned off and I could not finish my shower. I expected more from the hotel
No one to let us in to the hotel when we arrived. I requested the blanket to be changed due to a brown substance, yet they only made the bed. We were told not to drink the water, so they gave us each 1 water bottle to last 3 days.
Not a good value for money
