The hotel looked like something out of a horror movie. There was no one at the front desk. It looked creepy. All of the cars in the parking lot looks raggedy are broken down. One really creepy person looked out of the window. I had to sleep in my car.

I liked nothing of this place besides location , rooms very dirty ,very smelly i will never recommend this place to anyone . Badly maintained actually it is discusting. We booked a second night directly with hotel before our stay and we left after our first night so much this place is discusting. I lost $105 not staying but best loss ever had.

Tear place down and rebuild

Bed was comfortable, sheets and towels and bathroom were clean. There was a fireplace that would be nice in the winter months. It's very close to Le Petit Poucet and from Val David.

Hi - So the hotel is definitely dated but the sheets, linens and towels were clean as were the bathrooms and the bed. The place was a little dusty and old, but for the price it was worth it. We did book based on it having a pool, and the pool did not seem very clean.

Staff very nice

The description of the room said it had a fire place but it was a wood stove. The walls were dirty and the faucet to the tub was loose. Just not the feeling I was expecting after reading from the description

We are a group of friends that were participating to a near by event. It was close enough. We took the look of the motel has a joke and laughed about it. It helped to deal with everything that was wrong with this place.

The pictures you have online must be 20 years old. It doesn't look anything like the pictures. It's smoke free rooms and they smell like smoke. They have spider webs on the walls in the rooms that must be 2 months old. Door handles staid in our hands. Beds were not to clean. Place is falling apart. Owners hardly speak english and can't talk to you. They mumble and they dont look at you. It;s in real bad shape.

Do not recommend at all

Not much to like. The place was very run down. Looks like some people lived there year round and were not very pleasant. We did not stay the night. Stayed for about an hour and left due to the condition of the place.

The bed was realy unconfortable.You must change them.Put also this inquires in french we are in quebec and the name of your motel belongs to the most famous tv serie in Quebec.

The location for activities neerby

The room was dirty, specially the bathroom, hair everywhere, toilet not flushing properly. The beds had hair in it and were not leveled. The floor was peeling apart. Also, the pool was not clean

The city was beautiful and the fire place we had in our room was nice

It was so dirty, the bed sheets where nit changed there where crumbs, there was ash from a cigarette on rhe fireplace we found a pube hair on the towel, jacuzzi was yellowish probably never been properly clean, out door pool was green, the BBQ was left open and dirty. The mirror on the ceiling was dirty had white stuff on it. The fridge door was dirty as well with crumbs, please I know some people said it's OK, it's actually disgusting.

the heated pool and the staff were the only good points of this hotel

it’s outdated which I can forgive but it’s was so dirty. i didn’t want to touch anything inside. and really run down. i had to clean our room before I’d let me children walk around

The bed was somewhat comfortable and the location was perfect

The first room we got was horrendous. They didn't give us the room I had originally booked and this room only had a jet tub. The jet tub was literally cracked all on the bottom of the tub so super easy for a child or adult to get their skin caught in the broken fiberglass. There was no shower. I asked for a different room with a shower and they room was somewhat better. The cleanliness was horrible and even though it was a non smoking room it still smelled like smoke. As advertised on the site there was to be a breakfast served in the am but that was no longer a functional item. One of the reasons we booked this hotel room was because of the outdoor pool. The pool was green and we couldn't see the bottom. The person at service desk told us the pool was fine to swim in just a little green we didn't swim in it. The grounds didn't have grass cut and weeds everywhere.

Location is good, the place is clean

Not exactly how it was shown in the photos, but the place was very clean and so I have no complaints. The staff was also very polite and respectful. Honestly, I did not expect many things as the amenities were not clearly mentioned, but it awas available on site. Loved to stay there.

Would like to ask the owner to update photos to set correct expectations.

Facilities. Coffee large room. Comfortable bed. TV fridge . Microwave. Ironing table ، iron.

No hot water, I couldn't take shower or even wash my face in the morning. I had to go Tim Horton beside

Monique was extremely helpful. I forgot the tablet in the room after departure. She found it, contacted me and shipped it back to me without extra charge.

Like the fireplace, the big tub. I like the location of my room at the end of the building

I was told that there was a view of the mountains from the back of the room.. but none... The vents were very dirty, I cleaned them myself. Check out time was supposed to be at 12 but they turn off the electricity at 9am, fortunately we filled the tub with hot water b4 . if it was a blackout the wi-fi wouldn't have been working.. Please tell the staff to wear their mask on top of their nose

Big room. Clean beds. Bikes in the room was no problem.

Absence of lights. Low pressure shower

Absolutely nothing - for $94.00 it is not worth it. The facilities were dirty and and the WIFI kept cutting out. I do not recommend this motel. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else but do not spend the money to stay there.

No standing shower - The bathtub Jacuzzi was dirty and the grout was missing and very dirty with molds - The floors were dirty: I placed a towel on the floor and when I picked it up it was black. The television system was cutting out every few minutes, the door and the walls were dirty and obviously bugs were killed and not cleaned. Humidity was high and there were signs of molds around the windows. There is absolutely no view from the room I stayed in, the furniture was outdated and dirty. There was a rusty wood stove and the electrical heaters were rusted. Used plastic cutlery were found on the floor and in drawers. I did not have any black lite to check the bed. I am ex-military and I have slept in many places in the wild that beats this motel. I strongly will never return and I do not recommend this motel.

Basic motel room with uncomfortable bed and a smoky smell when you put the air conditioning on. Dated but relatively clean. Not a fan of all the mirrors!
