Pros +
- The view is magnificent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable.
- This hotel was very clean and everything was very well organized. I was really impressed. I arrived after the reception closed and I found a piece of paper with all the details I needed.
Cons -
- I understand some French and I speak very little. Some of the staff was not speakig English at all. I would expect that a certain level of English to be spoken in a two-official-language country mostly for those working in the tourism industry.
