Hotel Tadoussac

We loved the location and amenities

The mattress was a little uncomfortable

The room was as expected from the picture nice and clean.

The shower was broken.

If you go to Tadoussac, you must stay in this hotel at least once. It overlooks the bay from which fjord explorations and whale viewing begin. We had a nice meal in the spacious restaurant. Afterwards, we listened to an excellent local musician.

The location

The bed to small, almost every hotel offer King beds to their clients, I think it¿s a minimum.

Location is outstanding and the grounds and building are beautiful. The restaurant is pricey but delicious food

Bar was understaffed so took a long time to get a drink. No air conditioning (which I must have missed on the booking). Seemed expensive for what you get.

Location, comfortable and good food

The bathroom was quite small, very tight between vanity and toilet

Quaint historic property, excellent location, terrific breakfast buffet and evening meals. Very comfortable well maintained property, and nice rooms.

Check-in was unreasonably slow and poorly organized.

Older hotel with no air conditioning, bathroom vent only works with heat lamp on, terrible in-room coffee and no complimentary coffee in lobby. Room was uncomfortably warm, especially at night (our visit was in late July).

Elegant hotel with old-world charm. A comfortable room with great views of the estuary. Close to the harbour for whale watching trips and the end of the Saguenay Fjord with its resident beluga population

It was all about the location. Beautiful historic hotel. Easy parking and check-in. Room is small and redone and lacks the history of the place. Walking distance to everything you need plus the beautiful boardwalk around the point where you can see belugas. The gardens on the property are spectacular. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked lovely. The beach is right there. And the walk around the point is reflected in the pictures of the rocks and water.

Lovely spot and location. The pool and chairs on the lawn were a real treat.

It was a little dated. Needs ac and looked a little shabby but it certainly was popular.

A nice historical hotel in a fantastic location.It is correct that some might find the hotel a bit outdated but that is exactly the charm from this hotel full with history and character

Amazing location, outside very well kept. Mini golf and tennis were a nice touch. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

It would have been useful to have a fridge in the room. The food was a bit hit and miss, particularly dinner - but breakfast was good. The restaurant staff could have been a bit friendlier. I got the sense we were an annoyance as we don’t speak French.

The room was pleasant and a generous size. Dining at Tadoussac was excellent and good service.
