Front desk person asked for my credit card as a deposit during check-in. I expected they'd hold a certain amount in their system. Instead, she wrote down my entire card information, including the CVV, on a piece of paper. I'm highly worried about fraud.

Location and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was basic and dated but not in a bad way. The staff, check in and cleanliness was brilliant. We did enjoy our stay there!

We had the studio room and it has a kitchenette which was handy. The place is very clean and very pleasant. There is a small balcony, parking is free and handy, room was big enough.

It is not the hotel fault but take earplugs as Tadoussac is noisy. Again, it is not a problem only for this location, every 10 minutes there is a group of people that are driving around only for the pleasure to show off their noisy motorcycles without any consideration for the rest. And because there is a ferry they just go in circles in Tadoussac for hours.

The room and bathroom were neat and tidy although a little bit small and the bed too.

No issues to get an extra blanket when we asked for it.Cleaning properly done, towels replaced every day, good service.

Our room was right next to main road thus very noisy with all the eavy hauler by our window. Squeeky floors and not sound proof.

We had an unforgettable stay at this motel! The room was spotless and cozy, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better — just steps away from everything Tadoussac has to offer.We enjoyed kayaking on a nearby lake where we also swam, went quad riding through scenic trails, and had the amazing chance to go whale watching. The dunes were breathtaking, and we even had a peaceful trout fishing experience. Right across the street, we discovered a fantastic bakery and an extraordinary restaurant that made our mornings and evenings extra special.Tadoussac is truly a gem, and this motel made our trip even more memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Conveniently located just off the highway. The personnel were very helpful and courteous.

A bit noisy with the windows open. Bed mattress was very firm. Doors and floor were very creaky.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful with stuff to do in the area. The room was clean and came with a balcony which would’ve been nicer had the weather had been less cold but that’s my fault for choosing to go in the fall. Neighbours were not noisy and the noise of the cars is to be expected but really was not that bad.

Nice to have a little table and chairs in the room and out on the from porch. Easy parking and access to the room, right on the main street but not too noisy.

Breakfast, quiet building, staff and very clean. 5 minute walk to a very big shopping mall.

Nice small motel at the very entrance of the city (couple of hundred meters from the ferry), far from downtown. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room with the balcony which was very nice to use for the breakfast.

Quite far from the city core where all other entertainments are located. Be prepared to drive, not walk.

The location was fine. There was no btreakfast offered Staff friendly.Room made up daily.

The walls were paper thin. You could hear the neighbours conversation.The shower could use a grab bar.

Good for a night, not more. Near the main road (noisy) and old fashioned, overpriced for the room size and amenities.

Hotel was easy to find, and walkable to downtown and the harbour. The young man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. But after that, the rest of the staff were almost rude.

The mini-fridge, holding our lunch supplies for our trip, wouldn't work and the staff, when contacted, was not the least bit helpful. There was no air-conditioning, and unfortunately leaving the windows open allowed in the noise from the trucks coming off the ferry and trying to make it up the hill right behind the hotel. A very restless sleep.
